What the hell, Sting now is 72 years old and he still can hold his notes as you can see at 3:48 for 12 seconds, playing his bass and moving over the stage... than returning to the chorus. F*** that is awesome!!
I think he stopped aging back in 1996 or 1998. Certainly much better shape than Phil Collins as big of a fanboy as I am of Phil Collins' music, Sting is still in excellent performing condition

Saw him on the Dream Of the Blue Turtles tour. Was a Police fan from 1979 (when I was a little kid) but sadly never saw them live - didn’t have the spare hundreds to get a ticket for the reunion tour either! Hasn’t he got enough cash? Doing this sort of thing? But whatever, his voice is still incredible. And the songs, well my god - peerless from 79 - 86. Loved all the solo stuff until Soul Cages - a great time in my life. Whether it makes me sad or happy to see someone like this playing Vegas in a canary (in a coal mine) yellow suit, he got me into rock music as a little kid and he’s one of the originals
I got to see the Police and Sting many times.... Maybe it was just me... As many great drummers as he has played with, I just prefer the drumming of Stewart Copeland with Sting's voice.... But, I am sure mostly because I was such a huge Police fan...... Three Alpha musicians breaking new ground...... Wow were they exciting when they were just coming of age... Saw them in a bar with 15 or 20 other people on their first trip through the states... About a foot of snow on the ground and snowing hard ... They killed it like they were playing Madison Sq Garden... They were traveling in a Van and didn't take any advance money from the record company... Advice from Milles Copeland, Stewart's older brother and the band manager...

So sad to see that Sting has become this middle of the road singer, for nostalgic white collars of the Midwest. I mean, it's been almost 40 years since the Police disbanded, and Sting is about to turn 71....so, IDK, I think he still has the chops and surrounds himself with talented musicians to please whoever wants to see him. I saw him in 1991 on the Soul Cages Tour and that was killer. First tour with guitarist Dominic Miller, who's still with him today.
Fab stuff, only comment is that the original aggressive trebly bass sound is lost in this mix, a core part of the original song, sounds a bit cabaret to me , but that seems to be life these days, well done Mr Sting 😉👍
