Looks like $hit = like a bowl of tar threw up, & used the spare gray paint form a prison. Black & gray paint should be banned for residential, unless as an accent color (at most, like less than 5% of the surface). Even then prety much ANY color is better. The purpose of black, gray, & brown is 2 DESTROY the look of things so people must buy REAL colors later 2 undo the DAMAGE.

Hey hun! Awesome that you got to tour this and show us around, so cool! Just some super friendly critique... You guys are starting off with a BANG and will be bigger then ever soon! I like watching Enes Yilmazer, he has an amazing vocabulary built around explaining all these high- end and luxury features. I personally like the camera shots, not shakey at all.
I'd try to spend a little more time in each room and expand your explanation of the rooms, like telling us about the stone or designers. Yes, someone already mentioned, you say here and cool and chill a lot, this is slang/repitive words that may not go over all that well. But that's an easy fix, you can work on what you're going to say before you start and you'll get better as you go along.
All you gotta do is work on your 'sales language', gurlfriend! you got this! Wishing you all the best!

we have neither the precise surface, nor the location, nor the district. At a glance it does not cost 5 million. 200 millions baths look less than 100 square meter. (National minimum work is 300$, 10 000 B by mount.
Even the most expensive tower with the best view, At the edge of the Chao Phraya river we are on this size in the 1 million, not 5.5 million you can have a big house with a large garden, pool, Staff local, 3 car parks, in Thong Lor, the best district. Or the Same with chao Phraya see. And Aboat 1to 2 in North of Bangkok
We are in Bangkok, not Monaco, New York or Dubai, not even Singapore, we should calm down on prices. It still smells like a F*k1ng farang sc4m
there is nothing to this place but what the owner spent on it with his personal tastes in mind. the view is amazing, but no view justifies this ridiculous price.
might as well be $50M to the average thai on a regular salary.

It is too dark. I like the gold honeycomb wall and the moss wall. You would think that because it is on the 51 st floor they would have it nice and bright.

The music is so loud but the talking is so quiet, your cameraman is also way too shaky and it's very really low res compared to the panning camera, this would've been good content otherwise.

Quite a cluttered tacky decorated mess shame such a great location with such a good view could be so spoiled with an interior design that is so appalling

@@victoriawitthinrich Yes I agree location & view will add to price. For me & I suppose it is all down to personal taste the decor was not what I would expect from a high end development. The moss wall thing was really off putting for me along with a lot of the furnishing's, the quality I would expect more. The tiling in the bathroom by the looks of it is by Bisazza which is a high end brand but on the whole I was disappointed with the whole set up of the penthouse. I have sent many apartments & penthouses in Bangkok for much lower value That if given a choice I would prefer to live in. I suppose it is a personal choice but I would not be willing to part with $5 million for this particular penthouse. Just thought I would do you the courtesy of replying as you asked what I did not like about the place. Wish you well in selling it.

Your only allowed to own 40% of any property and 0% of Land bear that in mind.. The Property Tax and Management Fees are Huge in this Building.. You just aswell Rent and Not Buy save your Money…

For 5 large what an ugly honeycomb design to cover the entire apartment. Maybe at the entrance but enough already. Who wants a large mosaic of a man in their bathroom? Not a man for sure. Pretty small televisions throughout for the price. Good luck selling this monstrosity.

Just watching this now = U keep saying 'here' & 'again' & talking so much constantly that U run out of breath. Wait until U have something INTERESTING 2 say & then say only that & not a bunch of extra 'filler'. U can always edit out stuff where it might seem boring because 'too much silence' but constantly beating us over the head with 'babbling' is unprofessional & annoying. Think of the Top Gear show, & though it's scripted (& U could do the same = Y not? Go there BEFORE shooting the video & write something up!) it's got a 'flow' that is fun & natural & evolves rather than 'repetitious'.
