    I like seeing the crew quarters, because if I were to ever spend anytime on a boat like this, that’s probably where I’ll be.

    The space inside this boat is far greater than what you would expect looking at it from the outside.

    Well Nick I have a 40 year old Gulfstar 44 trawler and I'm very fussy about letting anyone aboard if I or my partner are not present. I have to say though you would be welcome anytime. The way you do your tours in such a respectful and calm way is a credit to you. Keep the tours coming. Sean

    From these videos, I've gone to lots of different types of videos about boats/yachts/cata's/motorsailers and regular houseboats and it's completely opened my eyes to liveaboard life. These are great for fantasising about when I win the lottery, but I'm definitely glad that I've learned that liveaboard cruisers/yachts could be potential for a regular person if you go for a smaller/less fancy/second hand boat

    I don't have the funds to even consider purchasing any of the boats you do a walk-through, however I enjoy how much attention to detail you have going through each and every one of them, almost as much detail as some manufacturers put into their ships. Really give a sense of scale and the entire amenities on-board each vessel, especially the engineering side and crew-quarters where other walk-through may overlook.
    Really looking forward to more! Cheers!

    Absolutely love that boat! One thing I just don't get though, it's got FLIR in the engine room and a third (Aft) engine control station, but why in the world is there no Rainfall Shower in the master cabin? I don't get that at all, it's a huge shower stall without a proper shower.

    Thank you Nick for yet another friendly and very informative video while showing us everything that nobody else mentions all the real world stuff that potential owners like to know and see, really like that saloon and galley layout its huge so much space to live in, same as the main and VIP cabins below deck, (although I thought the master cabin heads was a little small for a 70ft yacht) .. interesting in that this 70Y nicely bridges the gap between the Y range and the far more expensive M range (although the fit & finish & fabrics materials look expensive & high quality luxury even on smaller Princesses nowadays … another great video Nick ((ps, the S65 Sport any chance, wink wink..

      Something about boats really hides their size, even a 30' Grady White looks absolutely enormous when you stand next to one on a trailer. When you really think about it though 70' is huge, my fairly average sized 1,800 square foot two story house is only 43' long with a 21' beam playing against this yachts 70' length and 18' beam.

    Can't believe in a 70' boat there doesn't appear to be a makeup table (even fold out) in the owner's cabin. This would be a show-stopper for us - I'd never hear the end of it from Mrs M!

    • @petergibbs
      @petergibbs 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Well first you could sit on the loo seat cover and use that little wall mirror in the bathroom! Or Mrs M could sit on the bed and use the fold out make-up mirror that pops out of the shallow make-up draw on the right hand side! Nick will have to remember to show it to the ladies in new videos. Naughty Nick for not showing it.

    Dude, your walktroughs are always the best. Whenever I look for a boat just I see it’s your video I know it will be pleasant. There are others good as well too, and some even from big brokers that’s not the same detail level, continuos takes and cuts and you don’t know where you’re looking at, instead yours are a flow. To give honor, the girl who’s videomaker is a deejay (and her partner as well, they did show their home boat) also great videos. Thanks not to have a videomaker following you up the ladders, won’t be the same thing 😇, denison yachting also know how to do this right, just to name the first two I see more frequently, but yours are the top. Cheers from Italy and keep up the good job.

      I'll try and get one, however I have an S78 walk-through, and that is the same boat apart from the addition of a flybridge.

    Nick. Love watching your video's and the calm way you present them. I was thinking that even though you're based in the UK, you might put the equivalent price of the yachts in US$ first before the GB price, in the title? The algorithm might get you more US views and this would help the Brokers get more views over there too!

    During the day, in the Saloon, people can watch the crew fight off pirates in comfort. Flame Throwers, Water Cannons and Sonic Crowd Dispersers expertly employed to send even the most determined of Somali's citizens running back to shore! These ships are AWESOME!

    Nice job again Nick. I liked this one, very sensible layout, Crews quarters, not too claustrophobic. Nick Is Princess quality on a par with Sunseeker, which do you think is just a touch better, regarding quality and finish?

    • @AQUAHOLIC
      @AQUAHOLIC  5 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      I tihnk there is very little in it. The Princess is maybe a touch more conservative, which is a benefit or otherwise depending on your point of view.

    Another great yacht tour! I’m guessing the F70 is a direct replacement/update for the P68? Almost identical in layout. Looking forward to the next one!

    Another brilliant walk through. I wonder what the range would be at trawler speed

    • @AQUAHOLIC
      @AQUAHOLIC  5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I don't know, but typically this type of boat is in the region of 1,000 miles at slow (displacement) speed.

    "Decent sized single beds" in the crew quarters... Really? Roll over and you're sleeping on the floor. Love this channel. Good to see a down to earth guy in this market place.

    What do you think of the new X95? I think it looks like a trawler. I told Princess I’d like to see a Y95. A Y85 with a stern extension big garage for a tender and toys and cockpit like the S78.

    All I can say is if I had the money Id be on the phone right now to schedule a walk through and a sea trial but in 5 to 7 ft seas, Id want to know how scary it looks through those big windows just in case I got caught out in rough seas

    • @rykehuss3435
      @rykehuss3435 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      These luxury planing yachts are not made for rough seas.. If you want to take a look at true every-weather vessel then check out Bering yachts.

    • @jus4funtim
      @jus4funtim 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@rykehuss3435 The problem I have with that type of yacht is I can run faster than there cruising speed

    • @rykehuss3435
      @rykehuss3435 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      jus4funtim Hehe true that. But those boats have 4000nm range, they can go anywhere in any weather. This Princess has like 300nm and would be trashed in rough seas. Different boats for different goals.

    Would you start including the beam in the videos? I always wonder how much the width varies from boat to boat.

    • @AQUAHOLIC
      @AQUAHOLIC  5 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      That's a good suggestion but bear in mind that a quick Google will always give you the manufacturer web site and stats.
