After seeing this truck yesterday, it is fun to check out the progress as a prequel! I love the stuff that will never be seen!

A simple and intelligent approach to building things. Thanks for encouraging young people to reach beyond a video game and believe in their potential to create COOL.

You do very good work and you're a natural in front of the camera.

Great to see the missteps as well as the wins!
We all do that but many videos edit them out that makes them unrealistic. Loving the work, can't wait to see the next one.

Getting to get started on a 49 and would love to see some videos of the fit up and welding you did here. Love the channel!

Thanks for series of videos, this one @ 10:40, is what I'm repairing on my 49, but mine were completely rusted way, and I'm slowly repairing this area. That's gonna be a one nice truck you are "building"! "the 🐍"

Are you talking about the belt line around the back of the cab?

@@professorsstreetrods5412 no, the lwr part of the inner cowl area. Might was rusted away and your video shows me how it was pieced together. Thanks again!

I wish I could bring my 55 over there to Texas - I have a lotta work ahead of me with my body.
    Suspension and engine this year.
Maybe by next year a hurricane will merge Florida and Texas together so you can help me out - lol
    Thanks for the videos

Like the raw metal look. Can see clearly all the new pieces and repairs. How do you use a bead roller?

I have two questions, what product did you apply to your cab metal to hold it from flash rusting after blasting and do you have any video of the belt line repair I’m a little stumped on my belt line. Love your progress. Thanks

How did you make the 1 1/2 in. bead on the back of the cab? I have a bead roller but can’t find a die that big.
