I have two projects, both 49 Chevy Styline Deluxe 2 door's, 1 of them a Fleetline are just that projects. Didn't mean to ramble on LOL KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK PS safety first!!

I love what you did with that 53 truck hood. Very interesting scoop perspective. I have a 37 Chevy I would like to get a better looking hood for a blower I'm putting in... insted of just the blower sticking out of a rectangular in the hood whole... got any thoughts

Nice wok! Are you going to show the floor mounted pedal system you mentioned? Would love to see a video on it or even some pictures of how it turned out.

I have two questions, what product did you apply to your cab metal to hold it from flash rusting after blasting and do you have any video of the belt line repair I’m a little stumped on my belt line. Love your progress. Thanks

How did you make the 1 1/2 in. bead on the back of the cab? I have a bead roller but can’t find a die that big.

Just watched the 8 videos in this series getting ready to start my 3rd project. First was a 98 Jeep TJ rock crawler (thick metal, built to bounce off rocks so it didn't need to be pretty), second was a 61 Chevy Apache pickup (way more complicated and delicate metal work). The 61 included front and rear suspension drop, power disc brakes, power steering, LT1/4L60/12-bolt driveline, tilt wheel, cruise control, heated bucket seats, and a bunch of other cool stuff to turn it into a good reliable daily driver truck. Probably the most complicated parts of that build were the full-length metal console and sleaving the true dual exhaust through the x-frame since I kept the torsion bar suspension. Now I'm making plans for a 51 Chevy pickup build and came across your series. I particularly enjoyed the detail on key aspects that are sometimes glossed over in these videos such as sheet metal work to fix rusted out panels (vice just cut and weld in patch panels), how you boxed the frame and built the cross members, and what you did to run the fuel and brake lines while thinking about future serviceability. I think it's the detailed work that makes the difference even if most of those details will never be seen by the average person. I'm looking forward to seeing how you'll tackle the foot pedals and master cylinder, and what you decide to do with the dash. Keep the videos coming!
