Hey Phil, be sure to mount your VIN plate on the exterior panel above the lower hinge before you weld the patch panel in place. You won't have access to the back side of the special rivets that secure the plate after you button everything up. Just sayin'...

@@ShowPhil great, I will order one today, Do yo have an idea if the 1946 frame are the same as the 1953? I just bought one with a front clip , disc brakes, V8 and With a 700R4 transmission, I try to find info in the forums but no luck

48-53 are the same. 46 is different
