So my issue with this is that the 45 game comparison to Mantle does not matter TODAY. Jomboy's already debunked the "Mr. Notober" stuff about Judge, but he needs to perform NOW. Lupica is saying it's a "small sample size" but the playoffs ARE a small sample size! He's hitting under .100 as I'm typing this! His 2017, 2019, 2022 stats cannot win you the 2024 World Series!
He HAS performed in the playoffs. But he needs to hit NOW.
