Quick & Easy Sheet Pan Nachos Recipe | Cooking' with Rochelle

This recipe is all about layering flavors and textures, starting with a crispy base of tortilla chips and building up with layers of all of your favorite toppings. I’ll walk you through each step to ensure your nachos are perfectly crispy and loaded with flavor.
1 package of tortilla chips (11 oz.)
1 1/2 cup refried beans
1 tsp taco seasoning
1/2 tsp dry cumin
2/3 cup black beans
2 vine-ripe tomatoes (2 cups)
1 1/2 cup olives
1/2 cup red onion
1 jalapeño
1 cup cheddar cheese
1/4 cup red taco sauce
1/4 cup tomatillo sauce
2 cups melted cheese sauce
1 avacado
2 tbsp fresh cilantro
