I have been involved with fine cuisine in one form or another for all of my adult life. I’ve worked in F&B for some of the best restaurants in America (most of which are in Las Vegas). The bottom line is simple: I love food! I love eating it, and even more, I love making it. My passion is threefold... food should be:

Classic Tuna Noodle Casserole Recipe | Cooking with Rochelle
Tuna noodle casserole is a classic comfort food that combines a creamy, savory sauce, tender egg noodles, and canned tuna. It’s baked together into a hearty, satisfying dish that's easy to make and great for feeding a crowd. I'll show you a couple of ways to spice things up so it's not so generic. This is one of those dishes that tastes even better the next day, making it a great leftover meal.
8 oz egg noodles
4 oz baby bell mushrooms
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
Dash salt
Dash pepper
1 can condensed mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 cans (8 oz) albacore tuna
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

1. Sear scallops and take them out of pan before making sauce 2. Why do you need so much acid? Vinegar, wine, and lemon juice? 3. No garlic? No salt? 4. Add Parsley after cooking
Yes I agree the scallops should have been cooked separate from the sauce to get a great sear on them 100%! As for the garlic I feel it over powers the light taste of scallops. The different types of acid I used in the sauce do balance well if you prefer to one acid base please do but I would ask you to try this sauce with your scallops and see if you like it! The finishing salt was added at the end as well the parsley sorry if that did not convey on the video. What is your favorite dish to make or eat?
I'm sorry Rochelle, I gave you a thumbs down for this one. There was no browning of the scallops, it seems that there was too much liquid in the pan. The ingredients seem ok but maybe they were added too soon.
I agree scallops should have been finished separately from the sauce as that is how the sear would have been as I was originally planning to make them.

My grandmother made us pie dough rolls after every batch of pies. They can vary quite a bit. Also pillow cookies, same simple dough.
