Jason Collins TH-camrs gets paid to make videos, they also live in Florida now which is a lot cheaper than where they used to be. I'm about to move into a 3 bedroom apartment that's 1200 square feet and it's only $868, Florida is pretty cheap for rent if you know where to look.

Country fried steak is usually served with a browner gravy with onions in it. They're both breaded cubed steak though, so the difference is pretty mild and they're both valid Southern dishes. But what JP made was definitely chicken fried steak (although they should've nixed the sausage from the gravy)

This whole recipe is like a sand castle. When you put it together, it looks great, but when you try to pick it up, it falls apart and looks like baby food.
The brown is actually better! Butchers/mass producers of meat use dye to make meat look "fresh" when in reality, it turns brown fairly quick. If you go to a local meat salesroom (maybe one at a university) you'll see that all of their meat is relatively brown, even though it was slaughtered recently.
Jennifer Taylor brown meat is fine. It's just slightly older the the coloring they use at the meat processor has worn off. The brown is actually the more natural color. As long as it's not thawed completely then its perfectly fine. Alot of steakhouses will let the meat brown over because its said to give the meat a better taste.

You could go to bed bath and beyond and get a steak cuber then get a really nice big cut of meat and butterfly filet it then cube it then fry it so it won't fall to pieces on you.
