Yep, but don't use it in harsh conditions, it wil leak and get out of shape. But for small summer trips after treatment with rain protection it's a fine little tent. Greetings Wim
as you said, 10cm higher, 20 longer, maybe in the middle of every roof, an extra reinforced point for a guyline, more headroom an stability in windy conditions, Alupoles and stakes, for a few bucks more, nice tent, actually i can find not such a tent.... :-( A-Frame poles at the entrance would also bei nice... or..setting up with a ridgeline, without poles 🙂,a lot of room for modding 🙂
Thanks for the review, is it well sewn, does it hold up well against leaks occuring "with time", consdering I'd use it couple of times in good/moderate waether? I am a fan of upgrading simple things on cheap equipment to give it a great value but so far I have only been following this practice with clothing. Is there something you think a seamstress could reinforce or upgrade without damaging the fabric, to make it more durable, or to cover weak spots? Is it possible to add an extra sheet (of what?) against moist building up on the inside without ruining its integrity?
hi, i would make a second door with zipper and a flap over the mash with velcro. Maybe a small tarp at the front to keep the rain out But it would increase the weight. Succes with upgrading. Greetings Wim
Good question, I think it's ment as a good wether tent. So it has only the basics. I would not use it in the winter / bad weather. But to simple flaps would have been nice....
Realy a very usefull video, and again great camera work❤
I just got one of these for free and I am excited to hear that it was a relatively good tent!

And yes it holds up but you have to spray the seams with waterproofing. If you don't it will start to leak in have rain.
Why put a mesh in the tent that you can not close up in wet or cold weather

I also think a single layer tent needs the ventilation. Otherwise you would get a lot of moist buildup in the tent.
