    I wish you had shown how to disconnect wires and remove from seat. A discussion of air bag issues would be good to.

      I think it's illegal to remove the air bags.

    The fact that you drive a stick is sooo kool. Just wanted to give you a tip, I you buy a new steering wheel you automatically have media controls. If its the 2012 you Automatically get cruise control. But it must be a steering wheel with those buttons

    Hey! Do you know the length in inches from the tailgate to the top of the glove compartment? Thanks.

    Very interested in buying a soul to do the same thing. Great video. Thank you 😎😁

    Thank you! What year and model is your Kia Soul?
    I have a 2014 Kia Soul Plus and just wondered if it would be the same prices for it?

    I don't understand your two videos. They are quick and show some things but there is no description or "how-to"s. So what's the point? :-(

      These are just overviews of what I've done. If you are interested in a more in-depth "how-to," let me know what you'd like to see. I don't want to spend hours (it takes a lot of time to make just an overview), making a video that is of no interest to people. But I'd love to help!

    On the front seat how did you disconnect air bag? How about the light? And how to turn the light off after the seats are back on

    • @AlwaysAugusta
      @AlwaysAugusta  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      There is a yellow box that you unplug from the seat, however the air bag light will remain on. You just hook all the chords back up. It’s one piece that comes out from the connection box if I remember correctly.

      Thank you so much!
      Did you get to turn the light off after reconnecting? I heard that it can cost hundreds to turn the light off 🤔
      I wish I could just take out the back rest only But I’m out of time to take it apart if it can be done. Thanks again!

      @@jheighten7568 the light went back off once I reconnected the seat just fine. I’ve added the seat back twice now with no issue.

    FRONT SEAT. How you disconnected the front seat from the connectors,. useless video. why you put a tittle so wrong

    Would it be possible to remove just 2/3 of the back seat? I know the bench is all one part, but can you remove just the back to the seat?

    • @AlwaysAugusta
      @AlwaysAugusta  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I think it is possible to do this, however, you may still have to fully uninstall the seat and then reattach the base seat. I can’t remember exactly 😅 you will have to engineer a back platform to that height because it is not going to be level to the trunk’s recess. Let me know if you end up doing it this way!

      Always Augusta thanks for your quick reply! That’s what I was afraid of. I’m just using it for travel right now, so I’ll probably hold off and see if I can figure something else out for now haha
      But I will definitely keep you updated!

    Interesting - Maybe remove the back seats! Only - Myself for camping trips with son !! Use Roof box for storage! Hmmm ... I dont need a costly another van after all.

    WHY is all music SOOOOO LOUD, voices so quiet?

    • @AlwaysAugusta
      @AlwaysAugusta  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Pamela Groves because special mics and fancy editing equipment is expensive. I’m working on it though. 😅

    I actually loved this video. Tried sleeping in my kia last night and it was super uncomfortable so seeing this was awesome. How long did you sleep in it and do you have a picture of your bed made with it?!

    • @AlwaysAugusta
      @AlwaysAugusta  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Check out my other videos for bed, cooking, and storage! I've done this twice now with my Kia for a total of almost 2 years worth of traveling and sleeping in it. I have used two different mattresses in different incarnations. The first I used couch like cushions and the second time I used a memory foam mattress topper cut and doubled.
