Absolutely ridiculously high. It's a $300 unit at best. $440 and yo can get a similar unit with better amenities in BKK On Nut area. No one wants to live in CM if it's expensive.

@@perfecthomeschiangmai Did you not read my original comment? I stated it's a $300 unit at best. Location is key and being near Central Festival is not convenient for foreigners. It's hard to get transport out of that area and takes along time to get to old city and Nimman due to the crazy rush hour traffic. Locations is always key. And there is absolutely no walking space in the area other than in the mall because it's right off the freeway. Bad location.

440 is too cheap, put it on airbnb and get 650 instead
You are right you can get higher on airbnb but the big difference on renting on Airbnb is that this an active income not passive
