As spaniard, I was really happy to see Cannavaro in the final with the cup. I feel a brothership with Italy and I felt so SO happy when we both won the world cup one after the other. Best countries in the world.
Believe me, here in Spain, we know that if we hadnt had Iker Casillas, we wouldnt have won that world cup. We had a very good team, but Iker was the key. A great captain who inspired confidence, respect and passion and saved us in many times as this one. Here, we call him San Iker ( Saint Iker).

I'll never forget the moment Iniesta scored that goal. We were in a packed bar in Venice Beach, California. Half of us were rooting for Spain, the other half, for Netherlands. They ended up winning and I was so happy, I felt like I was apart of the team. This world cup had the best songs and the first and only one (most likely to change) hosted in Africa.
