I am all for it for someone to come up with a real self running power source but for those who just play games just to get views are not a good person so with that said for those who are trying dont give up trying.
OK everyone take notice the size of tubing and pip he is using the tubing from the pump is smaller then the 3/4 pip the the water is coming out of so what you are seeing is a good way of thinking but you need to have more water going in then coming out in the way he is doing it the tubing is to small to keep up with the out flow now if he used 1" pip as the pump flow and the 3/4 out flow it may work on a long term but all you are seeing is the water that was in the bucket but if the video kept running you would have saw the bucket water would have run out and the pump would have stopped but as I said if you increase the water in flow more then the out flow it may just work all these videos no one ever let it run until the water ran nearly out of the bucket what they need to do to show this is working is to have a see though bucket then you would know if it really is working or not or is it just the water in the bucket that is running the wheel until it runs out.
Don't you see he added a transformer to step up the voltage, the video is real because I saw the build blinking, he didn't add capacitor to the project, hadn't been capacitor is present in the project the bulb won't be blinking
also i like to reply to someone who said why not just use the pump to run the wheel well you could but that means you got to turn the pump by hand or a drill until you get enough of water flowing through the power of the pump the bucket acts as a primer by the time the bucket runs near empty the pump would then take over hopefully it does.

Hey bro I have the perfect thing for you if you can place the tank on top of the wheel but still have the water fall from the side you can use a coil pump to get the water back up to the tank and have a cycle

it's Ac I thinks since table fan is ac input
I think out of the motor is DC and it changes to AC when it goes through the transformer.
