- Just bought a Thinktool Platinum S10 Pro. There’s not too much info yet on YT regarding this version.
I’m not a mechanic, but I do mess around with my cars and help out friends with theirs.
I’m new to professional diagnostic equipment. So this will be a learning journey on how this tool works and its capabilities.
Am trying and activate the activation code for the first time and it’s say device fail how how do I go about it
BUYER BEWARE!
I have this unit bought it six months ago. It works well but developed a purple line across the screen of the pad the first day. When tech support did finally reach back with a reflash directions and I think for most people these directions will not help. They are not cut and try. Requires some you have some software from a third party and they are not written the best.
It did not take care of the problem.
There only solution was to send me a screen for me to install if I felt I could do that.
Ask for a replacement! Crickets! No one from customer service will reply to emails or phone calls. They take messages but no reply.
