Just bought the Thinktool ThinkEasy Battery Test Clips. I’m not a mechanic, but I do mess around with my cars and help out friends with theirs. I’m new to professional diagnostic equipment. So this will be a learning journey on how this tool works and its capabilities.

The plastic at the hinge point is way to weak. Fell into pieces after tenth battery tested. Thinktool as terrible consumer service. My platinum s10 got a purple line across the top of the screen on first start up. No support from thinktool to repair or replace.
no problems at all with mine. and in pst cust service was great for me on my old tools
@@DocHemi4268 your are fortunate to have had good experience. Both clamps failed at hinge point
BUYER BEWARE! I have this unit bought it six months ago. It works well but developed a purple line across the screen of the pad the first day. When tech support did finally reach back with a reflash directions and I think for most people these directions will not help. They are not cut and try. Requires some you have some software from a third party and they are not written the best. It did not take care of the problem. There only solution was to send me a screen for me to install if I felt I could do that. Ask for a replacement! Crickets! No one from customer service will reply to emails or phone calls. They take messages but no reply.
Hey Bro, if you just click on the CCA you can type it in. I have the same, they work great.
