Midea make quality products - I bought their portable benchtop dishwasher five years ago - it's the best decision I ever made for my kitchen. Clean dishes and glassware in 29 minutes - and it is showing no signs of wear and tear.
Is this designed to use every now and then or can it be used on a daily basis? I have medium sized room connected to my garage that I want to keep at a decent temp and have been considering a mini split. I just don't want to incur that cost right now and am looking for an alternative.
I hadn't noticed anything like that. I find it really quiet. High pitched noises are usually from filters getting too much in them. So maybe some folks just need to clean? I don't know!
Hey i am planning to get this one tomorrow but no sure about the length of window panel because i have sliding window which is around 17”. Would you able to verify if for me please?
mine just came in today, and its not pushing out a lot of cold air. i have it set on cold and on 60 (coldest setting) and its not getting as cold as i would like. my room is not that big, and its been running for about 4h now. it feels like its just pushing air threw the just the fan, and its not that cold. should i return it? or let it run longer. im in texas

Have you tried the heat mode? How hot can it get a room to? Thanks
My buddy Steve Does Tech had that version and he was very impressed with the dual feature.

Hey, no issues with the clips when attaching the hybrid hose to the window panel? I heard they snap easily!
I did have one snap this year, but it's been 3 years. Still not a problem
I've read it produces a kind of high pitched annoying noise when the inverter ramps down the power. Do you find that to be true?

I just bought mine two days ago, and it’s a very slight whistle while it runs.

If you've made sure it's in the right mode then it's not working right. It pumps out cold air pretty quick.
I live in maine, installed and only can get to run 1 hour before the drain code! frustrating
I've never had to drain. Ever.
Are you using it on a different mode? I thought there was a few on certain models
