    Dear Rajya Sabha TV
I find there is no diversity of viewpoints in recent debates that have been taking place. A debate panel with the variety of viewpoints both contradictory and complimentary will only be stimulating and enrich the learner with the holistic perspective. For eg., there are rather a lot of people who are skeptical about AI and its suitability in present Indian socio-economic context. Therefore I humbly request Rajya Sabha Tv to ensure a panel with diverse opinions, not just complimentary viewpoints because it is not serving the purpose of the debate and as well as the intellectual pursuit which viewers actually look for.

AI is about " a machine making decisions of its own ,either based on empirical dataset or through realtime data acquired by machine learning"
Since it depends heavily on data , big data field has a huge scope in coming years
Also to be able to learn from data and to make logical decisions ,we need expert knowledge which can be provided by human specialists
So people who are highly specialised in a field need not fear of job loss
But people who doesn't have any specialised skills must be vigilant enough to look for new opportunities and had to skill themselves accordingly

A very good approach is discussed but when it comes to employment it is a social concept, there should an academician from social science to talk on this issue and make it more interesting. If every person is relating to science then they always focus on and welcoming new technologies and appreciate it rather than seeing the negative consequences

Any processes which are simply and repetitive can benefit from automation. Any process that generates lots of data can be analyzed by AI to extract patterns and correlations that can be acted upon.

The basic thing is extreme of any thing is always harmful to our society and the world. We are seeing the harmful results of industrialisation.undoubtedly AI is need of our but we have to decide the limit of AI.if robots will work in hospital, showroom, kitchen, as teachers ,as driver and also may as soldiers etc then what wil happen.

Every society has the limit to absorb any type of new things; If we go beyond that limit then we may troubled. So far we are far away that limit in case of AI; go ahead

AI is a hugely vast concept. We have not even touched the tip of the iceberg. To develop a basic system of AI, we need all the knowledge of maths, science, arts, english, etc. etc. All subjects studied at school, form the basics on which an AI is developed.
Take AI is a new born baby. You teach very basic commands or acts and slowly help the child evolve and learn complex situations. In this scenario, we not only need to engineers, but also the people who can do basic tasks. The whole society has to come together to build this system.
One cannot blame digitization or unemployment as a cause for not building AI. In order to build AI, we need more people to contribute, hence more jobs.

We can not implement AI completely in our society because of high illiteracy rate. The main reason for educated unemployment is because of lack of AI in India. If we implement AI entirely we will struggle with job loss for uneducated person. While the implementation of computer in banking sector had been criticised by somany people because of fear of job loss. So. Actualy introduction of computer technlogy has been raised the job availability for educated people. In india problem is not AI, but problem is our high illiteracy rate. Until we achieve 100% litteracy in every sector(digital,financial,language...) we can not adopt AI.
Think about our financial sector, can they provide this much of employment opportunity for people if they do not implement computer technology. Also we could not implent computer technolgy in banking sector if people do not know how to use computer(digital literacy). This case is same for AI,until we know how to use AI we can not introduce AI. So make our society 100% literacy rate country.

Its not about losing jobs but transfer of jobs. The jobs taken by AI from people are blue collared jobs while jobs created by AI will be white collared jobs.So we need to make the lower strung of our labours skilled, otherwise the employment situation of these people will be perpetuated.
