You didn't mention that sick grab by the fan who caught Stantons blast on the fly basically laying out for it on top of the seats and then the best shot you got in the vid was that elated jewish fan and the sound you made mimicking what he might of sounded like right there in that moment pure jubilation had me rotflmao way too epic!! 🤣🤣
We’re glad to have him on our team. Can see why he was so special with the cubs. He comes up in big spots and he’s a team player first just like judge. The joy on his face every time we win a walkoff is the biggest on the team.
Came down here to find this, and if it wasn't said: then I would take the flag. The dismantling shocked/deflated all of us Cubs fans. But, the one that actually made me emotional was Rizzie. Seeing Baez, Bryant, and Kyle Schwarbs go was hard, because they came up as Cubs. But, they definitely had their bad points, too. But, Rizzo had been there through some of the worst seasons I have ever witnessed. The one's that gave us the draft capital to build that Championship team. He had seen us through thick and thin, and we cheered for him through the same. And, though he could slump, he was usually consistently available. Even when he wasn't hitting for average, he would still get on base, field his position well, and come through in clutch situations. In other words, you could count on Anthony. And then there's the stuff you can't measure. The smile and sense of humor. The pure joy that he exudes when the team is winning and when his teammates are doing well. He loves to have fun, and it shows. And, of course, his obvious love of this great game. Which is why we are all here: love of baseball. He has something in common with all of us, fans and players alike. Just a great teammate and an even better dude. Wish there was more like 'em out there, both in the game and life in general.
@@tchrisou812 its first of all an AL thing and then a Yankee thing. The most homeruns in the AL is still 61, since 1961. but also the same record for the yankees, so theyre synonymous
Was at Busch Stadium with my dad when McGwire hit his 62nd, everyone around us was going nuts for like 10 minutes straight. We were hugging, screaming, jumping up and down, doing the mcgwire stomach punch and high five. Crazy what sports can do to bring people closer together, now that my dad is gone I'm so thankful to have those moments burned in my memory
I'm not even a Yankees fan and this whole inning was amazing. It's what baseball is all about: history and a comeback walkoff are just such important parts of this game.
I've come to like this iteration of the team. Judge has always seemed a good guy from day one. Even Barry Bonds is cheering for him to somehow hit 14 more home runs. I'm going to be at the Yankees-Jays game next Wednesday and I'd love to somehow have both the Jays win (they need the wins far more than the Yankees) and Judge hit 4 home runs.
THIS breakdown is the perfect example of why Jomboy is Jomboy, and why he is way more than "lip reader". He is all love for this sport. Wish you all the success my friend! You make a huge difference for the community of baseball and sport in general. Congratz boy Jom!

Red Sox fan here. Tough to like the Yankees but I swear they always have the magic to make stories happen. Amazing breakdown but even better description of the celebrations, love you guys! Keep up the great work
He's not like A-Rod where you almost felt Yankees fans felt a twinge of guilt cheering for him. Judge seems utterly normal and decent. Not sure if you have been a long time Sox fan, but perhaps you're happy to see someone other than Boston at the victim end of another magical Yankees ending.
I'm not a Yankees fan but could not help to get a tear in my eye watching this. There is nothing like the magic of baseball when awesome things like that happen!
Awesome things like the mlb forcing opposing teams to throw the ball directly down the middle of the plate to judge every at bat? When a guy is batting .316 with 60 hrs and 130 rbis you walk him everytime especially when the rest of his team can’t hit. But that’s not what’s happening because the mlb is forcing teams to pitch to him so he can break the record. Rigged bullshit fake ass triple crown
Two things worth adding: 4:42 the legit diving catch by the guy in the Yankees jersey behind Rizzo’s head of Stanton’s hr ball, and 5:51 Stanton and the coach jogging synchronously
No its not. They were playing a team that can't even win 60 games. In no way is this impressive. It would be impressive if they did something like McCutchens walk off in 2015 against the Cards
I absolutely love the brotha with tears in his eyes. It just shows how much moments like these mean to fans and that it isn’t just the players that are invested in the team and it’s success. Baseball has some of the best fans in the world, and I love seeing people that care so much about the game that it brings them together. Bonding over something seemingly as simple as your favorite sports team has bridged so many gaps when it comes to how divided people can get and I love seeing people put aside their differences and focusing on something that brings everyone so much happiness
OK...also..love the gum toss breakdown...and this is the best Rizzo video you do except for the one where he is cracking up laughing at Baez's back track from first base, calling the runner at home plate safe, and then making a run for it (also involving the Pirates, if I remember correctly). :D
Jomboy your break downs are just special to watch I'm glad you are that one person to bring us pure joy win or lose we appreciate you! #GoYanks #TeamJomboy
The best thing about Judge is his humility and team-focsued play. So refreshing, and I would argue the way all sports should be. No ridiculous flashy signs or chest pounding or taunting. Just pure class.
What does he have to celebrate opposing teams are being forced to throw the ball directly down the middle to him so he can break the record. I’ve never seen a guy batting .316 with 60 hrs and 130 rbis get pitched to like he has 12 hrs on the year literally every hr judge hits is directly down the middle of the plate. Most rigged shit ive ever seen

Why is nobody talking about how Stanton's grand slam is an Ultimate Grand Slam, how rare this is, and the fact that the Yankees have TWO of these this year. Hello ?!?!?
Maybe because the “ultimate grand slam” sounds like something someone came up with to try and add something to the list of incredible feats, but it’s just not that incredible.
@@MDK2_Radio 2022 is the first time in American League history which two ultimate grand slams were hit in the same year, now add to the fact they were both hit by the same team and only 34 days apart, yeah totally not an incredible feat. There’s a reason why they can’t be sure how many times it happened before the records were good enough to sort through them. Nobody cared enough to remark on them in the first place.
@@chrismac5560 you know what’s cool and worth mentioning? 700 home runs. A real accomplishment, not some accident from a score like a so-called “ultimate grand slam.” Congrats to Albert Pujols.
@@MDK2_Radio 700 career homers is a great accomplishment, congrats Albert. While I will say 700 is a way better accomplishment there's no reason we can't admire both. Well done Albert, congrats on the career milestone and one hell of a career; I tip my hat
I’m not even a fan of the Yankees, but I have been watching closely to ensure I don’t miss the history that Judge is writing. I say that to say this - this was one of my favorite games this year and this is an amazing “Breakdown” of one of the best moments in my 42 years of sports fandom! Good work Jimmy & JOMBOY Media!
Why do teams keep doing this thing (especially anyone who has Josh Hader as there closer) in which the picther let's 3 batters in a row pass with some scoring and ..... They ...... Do ...... NOTHING! Get the bullpen going for thank peice. I'm not a pirates fan (Orioles) but dear god this was stupid. The guy who picthed before him should have stayed in as he was the only reliver to picth an inning with no hits but here we are.
This team over the last few years has been such a joy to watch. Been a lifelong Yankee fan, saw the dream team of the late 90s/early 2000s, was there for the win and subsequent parade in '09 but even without a World Series the team has been so impressive but more than that they are just so genuine and just good dudes who clearly love the game and I'm here for it... Love the breakdowns, as always
@@silentstorm5439 I'm not against players using hgh or whatever stuff their trainers give them, I think it's probably better for baseball. I just think we shouldn't be completely oblivious to a strong possibility of it happening
The Two Oswaldos jumping for Stanton's pad at 5:53 reminded me of the bride's bouquet toss at a wedding, like which ever Oswaldo cathces the pad will hit the next homerun.
How can you not be romantic about baseball? This to me is the best moment of the season. Historic Yankee stadium, Judge hits his 60th to approach another Yankee and AL record and make it a 3 run game in the 9th, father and son hug, fans are going crazy. Then the bases get loaded and Stanton drills a walkoff grand slam. The fans are losing their minds, Rizzo is as happy as he's ever been, Judge and Stanton are elated and in a brotherly love eye lock, the Yankees are acting as if they won the WS. EVERYTHING is just perfect here, and it's all wrapped up by an always amazing Jomboy breakdown. God, just amazing, I don't care which team you vote for. This is why baseball will always live on. Like I said: how can you not be romantic about baseball? Incredbile. Simply. Incredible. ❤️ 💙

One as a very rare accomplishment, the other a very rare career achievement that not many before (Albert being number four) have been able to achieve.
Good work Jimmy & JOMBOY Media!
lot of history this season!
Awesome. This may be one of my favorite breakdowns. It damn near had everything
Why do teams keep doing this thing (especially anyone who has Josh Hader as there closer) in which the picther let's 3 batters in a row pass with some scoring and
.....
They
......
Do
......
NOTHING! Get the bullpen going for thank peice. I'm not a pirates fan (Orioles) but dear god this was stupid. The guy who picthed before him should have stayed in as he was the only reliver to picth an inning with no hits but here we are.
Love how you show us theses things we wouldn’t see thru highlights thank you 💚
This is one of the greatest games I’ve ever seen. Cannot believe they came back to win!
I'm an alcoholic
lol....Jomboy, you are one of a kind! Love your call on this 😄😀
Yea no one cares
Lol Rizzo really does look like my 5 year old nephew & I said that to my gf before you said he looks like a lil kid 🤣💕👍
Interesting how Judge usually has a lot of injuries but has stayed healthy all year this year in a contract year
another conspiracy theorist online what a shocker. qanon isn't real and the vaxx doesnt have a microchip in it. grow up trumper.
Same thing happened to Correa
@@silentstorm5439 I'm not against players using hgh or whatever stuff their trainers give them, I think it's probably better for baseball. I just think we shouldn't be completely oblivious to a strong possibility of it happening
"Just a lot of longing in the eyes..." - best line ever! 😂😂😂
Judge is awesome but Shohei deserves mvp
No
You always make me laugh! "See you at home plate!" LOL Great job again, You are the GOAT of highlight commentary!
Incredbile. Simply. Incredible. ❤️ 💙
1:23 guy wearing 99 is Zach Hample. The ball hawk that got A Rod's 3,000th hit.
As a Yankees fan (I am biased I know), this was my fav Jomboy video of the year. Can't wait to share it with my friends and family. Thanks for the smiles man
“The 2 Oswaldo’s” 😂😂😂 I love it
@Jomboy is making me love baseball again. I mean I have liked it for a while, but his clips bring about emotion and suspense and really draw me in.
The “WAY over the fence!” Guy at the end was amazing
Absolutely love the videos and the way you present them to us ❤️ and the lip reading is amazing lmao 😂😂
This was such a fun breakdown. I’m over here like a little kid with a big-ass smile from ear to ear.
Right above the high five at 2:39 , a big sign behind them flashes “YES” right at hand contact 😂
Haha. “Like two lovers on separate trains.” Jomboy makes baseball so much more fun to watch.
