Bloody Hell! No wonder some people concentrate on the A-10C to the exclusion of other airframes (like certain pilots of the Viggen do). I'm not sure I have enough time in the day....... Super Cap must have Super Brain! Thanks, Cap. Best, Pete.
@@grimreapers That's why I'm watching all your tutorial vids now, after having read the whole manual and having known all this in detail like a decade ago; I just couldn't remember. But it's coming back fast now. TAD SOI, slew, tms right short, tms up short, tms up long, coolie hat left long, china fwd long, boat aft, scan, tms fwd long, mfcd toggle, china fwd long, boat center, tms aft short .... annnddd rifle ;) The A10c is such a great systems simulator if you're into that; almost as good as a 737.
Thats a longer way to change weapon profiles in DSMS.. if you press "Prof" (profiles) you can then select the each store. In about half the number of sub menus.
Hey guys I was wondering if anyone knows a way of changing the mfd in settings. To explain, I have 3 thrustmaster cougars and I have fixed them to a panel but they're in the wrong position and I was wondering rather than take them off the panel can I just change them in the setting so the left and right physical mfd can stay and somehow the settings can be moved. I hope this makes sense. Thanks guys.
I thought that because I have the Flaming Cliffs A10A and am very good with that aircraft, why not go full Hog and get the A10C II? How much more difficult could it be? lol Well...
I get that missing map in the TADs.. that black screen, when i changed my MFCD to a higher resolution in settings. I was mad, because all my switches were too blurry to read. So i raised the MFCD resolution to 512 or 1024 (i think) and now i get black screens. Its only fixes it when i change distance with TMS up and down.
I have to give my opinion because you take up most of the computer space. I know you fly very well, but your video teaching is really unprofessional and makes me tired after watching it for a long time. I hope it can be improved and I will watch your videos. It is to make learning more interesting. Your camera moves randomly and your explanations are all over the place. I hope you can focus on the key points. There are close-ups to strengthen the impression. Your teaching is like a hyperactive one, which is also disrespectful to the learners. I really hope that the key points will be highlighted, with close-ups and single-function demonstrations, and if the demonstration is successful, we will do it again and feel a sense of accomplishment.
As much as I appreciate the official DCS tutorial, this is far more informative and easy to follow along to than the one in game.
that's a nice thing to say!
I would be lost without you guys-Thanks for reading the manual for me!
Bro your a beast, so good to see your videos. One of my top TH-cam watches every week.

I can't see part of the main CDU because the yellow emergency handle is in the way. Stupid setting I can't figure out I'm sure.

Bartacomus Kidd do you mean complete black or still with waypoints showing in green lines like grims video displayed?
How to enable random faults??
it's in the mission editor I believe under Mission Options. May also be in your main menu options
Would be easier getting shot at then trying to test equiptment. 🤔
