My i ask why i filler the inside ? U uses polyester filler or epoxy filler??
(Epoxy is not hydroscopic)
Because in my experience it can lead to problems if water gets somehow there thats why i usually dont use polyester filler in spots where water could appear. Got problem with rust + What im asking myself why even filler it there ?? U wont ever see it?

It's a very good question to honest with you I was going to put seam sealer and brushe it and then I under seal it it's more than enough.
I apply epoxy primer first and then we put a light skim of filler.
Regarding the water to get in there its quite unlikely, if water goes there I still want apply waxing in there.

I always use epoxy primer before polyester filler. I think its safer. In my country they use much salt in on the road so its easy for a stonechip to get a rustshit.
I recommend mike sanders for inbetween. Or a mix of grease and wax heated up. U will have no rust NEVER.
Brushed seamsealer and undercoat? Nice thats some thik layer no stone will ever get through . Good joice i may copy that in the future.
