- The tram system of Riga (Rīgas Tramvajs) has had a troubled decade, to say the least. Various scandals and poor management saw the system facing quite some setbacks, but it seems as if better days have arrived. All kinds of work are happening to make this system fit for the future.

Line 10 will not be eliminated, it will be moved from Bauskas Street on Lucavsala.
As I described, it will be redirected to Ziepniekkalns. But it is all in the planning stages, I guess we will have to wait and see :)
@@realdronthego I know that line in Ziepniekkalns is in the planning stage, but line in Bišumuiža is not going to disappear, it will be moved to Lucavsala and prolonged to Kekava, but this plan is for very far future. Yes, You are right we just have to wait and see what will happen.

What are the differences between the T6B5, T6B5SU and the T3MR?
Most likely, this comes from particular modifications. “SU” are modified for the former Soviet Union, while the T3MRs seemed to have a different modification. But they all belong to the overarching model - T6B5
T6B5R(aka T3MR) have a different engine, SCR power controllers and cab compared to T6B5(or T3M)
I don’t believe in Rail Baltic. It was a great idea but I think it was ruined.
The only thing we can do is wait and see😅
