    I am so happy I found you. I have done four of your videos this week. It feels good to start moving again (I let myself get into a slump for over a year).it feels good to move my body again and more importantly, it feels good to feel motivated & happy(?), work on being happier at least, and getting my mind out of whatever reason it put me in the slump mode.

    I was viewing the video and looking for the one I wanted to play for the Tai Chi class I started at the 55+ Active Community I just moved into, but I felt compelled to get up and move too. I have been using your videos since we started 2 weeks ago and the seniors love it. Some can't don't like chair yoga or can't do the fitness class and this suits them perfectly. It also suits the more active seniors still playing pickleball, cycling, walking. It's a great balance I find, to prevent injuries from overdoing those activities. So great for cognitive function at our age also! I will be at your webinar this morning. Thank you.

    Good I'm always good after some tai chi but can you please stop imagining the heart is one's centre of consciousness it's merely a pump, an important one to keep alive but all of your thoughts are in the brain, end of.

    • @sherryberry2394
      @sherryberry2394 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Actually the brain is not a container that can hold things, rather a processor electrically operating through neurons. Both the heart and mind can creatively be regarded as metaphors, serving whatever conceptions we might find helpful. 🍁
