      Dr Anthony Chaffee what I remember is Vitamin A. it takes kg of beta carotene in carrots to be converted to retinol than retinol in liver

    Liver ? Is it not high in uric acid? beef is red meat how is it healthy because meat causes inflammation also? Why not no meat nalang? No carbs and no meat healthier. And btw not all cows are grass-fed and pigs are fed with food enriched with antibiotics and hormone rich mix (is this not true)

      Beef is good source of fat po as long as organic , and grass feed, no GMO. Kailangan lng po once or twice a week k kumain ng red meat .
