Hey Adam. My pigeon often hatch one egg. Is it because she is getting old? Or just one egg is fertilized. She hatched one egg on multiple occasions so that kind of rule out the one egg being fertilized idea. What do you think?
high adam both you and curt are doing a barless program does this improve the racing ability of these birds as the ones curt has bred seem to be a bit of a handful
I made a video about the barless recently - Kurt and I are going about it in very different ways. He is breeding lots of them but they're quite poor quality, where as I'm putting a lot of time, effort, and money into breeding the best possible quality birds. It means I breed a lot less and it takes a lot longer, but the end product is a much much better pigeon.

I have a ash red spread hen that last year breed with a blue grizzle cock and produced a ash red spread grizzle. This year i paired her with her son and they produced a normal blue grizzle. How is it possible?

Hey Adam, I was wondering if you could assist me with something, I’m trying to breed a new revolutionary line of homers that look like this th-cam.com/video/9hMT8GRhDtU/w-d-xo.html and are also as fast and agile as a Peregrine Falcon, I’m calling the Breed Storm Trooper Homers, but one problem I don’t know what the hell I’m doing so any bit of advice you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
Olive pigeons are an entirely different (wild) species, you won't have much luck breeding them with homers. If agile homers is your goal, you're best to try diver breeds of domestic pigeons. There is a European breed (I cannot remember the name) that apparently is too agile for falcons.

The cock baby carries both ash red and blue base colour genes :) The new baby is a hen.

No, from this mating you'll only get more blacks and checks. You need a grizzle to breed one, grizzle cannot be created without a grizzle parent.
