    Sam doing his best Dom Mazzetti impression, turning any lower body exercises into an arm workout

    I bought one, and I'm using it with a Titan Fitness row platform facing backwards so where the landmine bar is supposed to rest won't keep the bar from going lower, which allows me to get more depth. It works great. I suggest using it while standing on plyo boxes or something that will give you more height so you can do hip belt squats below parallel.
    This device makes it much easier to do belt squats. I also suggest that you use something, like a suspension strap with a handle, that is anchored on something that will allow you to lean back and do belt squats with because this also makes it much easier.
    I highly recommend buying this device because it is well worth the money.

    One of my favorite pieces in my home gym. Especially because I have a hard time building legs

    I had this piece for a year now in my home gym and love it. Always used it to get some more leg work in, especially when I injured my shoulder and could not do regural squats. Works good for marches and donkey calf raises. Dont forget abt calfs ether lol. Might now use it for arms too.

    I got mine from the UK store when it first came out and love using it whenever I can.
    Also never thought about using the attachment ring for rows - love it!

    I bought mine about mid 2020 for my home gym and it is probably one of the most underrated garage gym pieces out there. I prefer loading it was 45 so I used a pair of plastic vehicle wheel ramps I already had. I prefer a platform that has an angle to it to match the angle that the barbell is being pulled up at. And yes I immediately started using it for bent over rows also. This is a great piece if for no other time then to use directly post me when you are trying to avoid the barbell altogether being on your back or in your hands. ☑️☑️☑️☑️

      How many plates could you fit onto it?

      @@energyzer_bunny1913 not sure my gym is packed up right now. I’d say 8-9 depending on sleeve length and plate thickness?

    You could spend 2000 on a belt squat or only a few hundred and buy this. I just use a couple blocks and can load this with plenty of weight for a warm up or finishing exercise.

    well, hot damn, I will be ordering one of these. I've found belt squat marches to really provide relief when previously ruptured L5/S1 starts to get angry and messes with my lower left back. I generally do them with the elitefts belt squat at the gym, but this is going to be my home solution. The marches feel like they provide some traction to lower lumbar and this will be a great tool for home.

    Would love to see Nate make a video for the EFS channel. Loved some of the ways he’s used his in videos on his Instagram page, but it’d be nice to have it all in one place.

    I love mine, I just stand on some leftover horse stall mats to increase the range of motion. Works great if you hook a rotating lat bar into it too. Add a chain and you can do curls, upright rows, etc. Haven't tried single leg work but it probably would do that too.

    Really great idea. Two questions.. how thick is the pipe that the swing arm is made of? Any max weight measured? Second question is about the landmine itself. If its just the type that goes into a platestack, will it not come of (like its pulled out of the stack) when the weight gets heavyer?

    Once you master this...attach the chain to the tow hitch on your truck.
    But DON'T forget to set the parking brake.

    You could get a couple of those plastic step up boxes to stand on to get deeper on those squats.

    • @juliuscaesar8801
      @juliuscaesar8801 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Two Cinder blocks are much more stable and withstand your weight. Heavier to move out of the way but safer will not shift or buckle vs plastic.

    You can also swing the handle thing like a sledgehammer into a suitable tyre like object if you're a visionary or read a comment from a visionary on TH-cam

    I have never done a Belt Squat ever, but does it feels the same on the lower body like a Trap bar Deadlift/Squat?

    • @TheMatt0985
      @TheMatt0985 2 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      I don't trap bar DL too often but I'd say you get a lot more quad work with the belt squat. Better depth and less back fatigue for me.
