My evangelical mother always wanted me to become a devout Christian. She passed away during covid and I have since become Russian Orthodox. She would be somewhat disappointed, but proud of me finally being devoted to Christ.

Let me tell a little story I heard yesterday from my grandfather, an old russian truck-driver. It doesn't connect exactly to the topic of video, but it connects to the line "All the ways of the Lord are loving and faithful" strong. In 1986 he stopped in Romania to spend a night. Near the motel there was a small camp of other truck-drivers. It was catholic christmas, and he was invited to take a seat in their celebration. At fist he wouldn't accept it (he told he is an orthodox and not sure if he's allowed to), but then one polish man said "Бог для всех един, пан шофёр" (The Lord is one for all, pan driver). There was a truth in his words. It's pity to see some of orthodox, catholics and protestants hate each other, because we are all Brothers and Sisters in Christ. Not having religious comunion with heresy doesnt mean we hate someone. I rarher stay outside then go inside some penticostal or catholic mass. I know they make their own movies in theyr minds and bealive is true...basiclly they wworship their own version of Christ, not the real one....There are real stories about holy elders and people who lost the Grace of God beacuse of "small" deeds like this. The moment you have spiritual.comunion with heresy in that exact moment God and His Grace leaves you. Go and work with them as collegues and other things....but you have no idea how serious this is

Not gonna lie , I’ve been struggling but please lord help me. Help me become a better man . I know I am a sinner I know I’ve been doing bad things , spending money on drugs and snorting my loneliness . I feel your presence, but sometimes I feel alone.

God is holding you, don’t worry about anything and He will provide you with what you are seeking if you turn to Him and seek what you want in accordance with His will. God bless you and know that it is done.
To accept GOD is to first accept that we are indeed sinners and our ways are terrible and that we need GOD all the time, (sounds like you got that step down packed) now you just have to seek and continually pray. Every time you crave or the flesh wants what is not good pray read the word of GOD and take a walk pray and pray some more and threw Jesus Christ may you be truly healed and reproved.

Shortly after Christmas I went through an awful breakup with a girl whom I love. I have been depressed for over a decade and realised I had to work on myself, and God has been here for me the whole time, though I only turned back to Him a few years ago. Anglican but heavily Eastern Orthodox in my beliefs. I was going to fully commit to Orthodoxy, but certain issues were holding me back and I feel lead towards Anglicanism. This video made me want to pray.
