    Thanks Billy I need to do that while training maybe shoes off are better with sports socks.
    Favourite would squat but I use the smith for squat.

      @@Stubzgaming Glad I could help! Yeah definitely for squatting, Smith is great also. Definitely recommend being as flat footed as possible as running trainers/shoes can put you off balance sometimes being to squishy if that makes sense!
