This series! It is like it was created just for my specific needs. I cannot tell you how much this order/ these excises have been exactly what my body needs to compliment my active outdoor lifestyle with strength training. LOVE this format!

Absolutely loved these workouts! Don’t think I’ve ever done one that actually focused on calves. They will be sore tomorrow! Excited for the next 12 weeks. 👏🏻💪🏻🔥❤️
I have done many of these workouts as a one off, but i haven't done the full program. I am really proud of myself that i have completed week 1! I have also been tracking my calories in a deficit and I went from 192.6 to 189.4.
Love that you are spreading out areas that are being worked and so happy tomorrow is an arm day! Really like that you note what type of weight to use for each exercise and the guide in the notes that we can view before workout!

I would like to say I am glad I discovered your page. Your workouts are effective and tough but still includes a sense of feminity if you understand. I have watched others, and they seem to be so many unnecessary excercises included and i become tired and discouraged. Thank you. I have enjoyed these so far

I only started the challenge on Wednesday last week, so I only finished the first week today. I've done them all so far. I have always loved cardio, high intensity and metcon training. Somehow strength training wasn't one of my favorites, despite that I do it conscientiously and I love it, but I still suffer during it. This is now the real challenge for me! Thanks Heather! I’m always trying to push myself heavier as much as possible, but this really helps. Also, it helps so much to see how you are pushing yourself too. You aren’t a machine like every other trainer! So encouraging and pushes me ti keep pushing! This series so far is just absolutely amazing! By far my favorite, and I have done every single one with you from 1.0- 4.0!

I hurt my knee in September, so I didn't use it for a while but this is a good workout for helping me get my strength back. Went a bit lighter lighter to take it easy on the knee, and hoping to build strength safely again!
First time I enjoyed the challenge of elevated split squats, your introduction really motivated me. Loved this week but I am also very glad to have these rest days ahead. Sea you all next week!🙏

Love this one! Most workouts that do quads usually include other leg muscles or are all lunges. This 1 was perfect: quads & calves, no extra! More quads workouts!

This is my first workout from this week since I was travelling with no access to weights. I decided to start from Day 5 and catch on the others later. Loved this and strength training is my happiest place. Thank u Heather!!!!
Thank you Heather, I used this workout as a active recovery session as I just played 2 rounds of golf on consecutive days in very warm conditions. I did not use weights just bodyweight and all the moves were excellent just what I needed.
Fantastic workout - love the split lunges. Loving the series so far, stoked to get stronger in 2024. And yes, I will be getting a massage tomorrow, and enjoying nature through the window since it is -39 Celsius where I live today 🧊🌡️🥶
Loving this series so far. The focus on weights vs cardio really works for me. As I get older I’m focusing alot on maintaining and building muscle; also the jumpy stuff isn’t as easy to do as comfortably as it used to be. Lastly thanks for telling what size weights you use. It’s helpful to have an idea of what to aim for as far as challenging myself.
