As O Bud mentioned Miho played with Haruna in an all female band called Destrose spun-out good female musicians from. Haruna left the band for her marriage but didn't work out as the result. Miho called Haruna for forming a new band when Destrose disbanded. Then they recruited Midori the blond guitarist from an all female band Gekijo Metallicche, and the dark haired guitarist Miyako came in as a support guitarist from 21g and quickly became a full member. Then they found the singer Asami by a demo-tape. Asami was doing R&B at clubs, and did back chorus of various groups, she absolutely did not know anything about metal, Lovebites was her first experience of metal..
Miyako was only called at first a "support" guitarist because she was contractually engaged elsewhere - but from the start she was of course a full member.
LoveBites was founded by Former bassist Miho Rosana who left the band in 2021 and drummer Haruna, both were in the legendary all female heavy metal band Destrose . Guitarist Midori comes from a Metalcore band, guitarist and keyboardist Miyako also comes from a Metalcore band and is a classical trained concert pianist. Singer Asami has a background as a R&B , pop and soul singer.

This is probably my favourite Lovbebites Thrash song ... which means it is my favourite thrash song of all time - sorry Slayer, (Early) Metallica, Anthrax, Testament etc.

Miho laid out the foundation of “Break The Wall” , while Miyako than added color to the composition. Miyako wrote the guitar solo in the middle with Gary Moore in mind.

There are a lot of bands with great guitarists. There have been few with the luxury of two great guitarists. I go all the way back to Allman/Betts and Allman/Clapton, and I’ve never heard another song with two solos that were so great yet so different. This captures perfectly the contrasting styles and personalities of the two guitarists-Midori the extrovert and shredding demon, Miyako the introvert and goddess of blues (who can also shred when she feels like it). I was already hooked on Lovebites, and sold on the dual leads, but this is the song that convinced me just how great they are. There has never been anything like them.

Odd way of judging a song ... by appearances rather than, you know, the actual music. Oh, and btw, they aren't corporate and they aren't prom queens. Ranging from 4'9 to 5'2" in height, they chose white to make them stand out from the dark background on stage, and dresses as an expression of their femininity, while also shunning the stereotypes of what a metal band should look like. It's a band decision, not a corporate one.
@@mythsteps1 actually I thought the singer n the song sucked it was just another cookie cutter structured song hahaha just like them hahaha sorry don't mean to offend anyone but if ur gonna wear prom dresses on stage at least tell your fashion advisor to get new ones hahaha 🤣😂
