    great design. Slightly improving (but complicating the design) is to make a toge and groove between the housing and the protruding pipe. That removes the need to anchor the device

    how did you drill the no head bolt so that it was centered? I've never been able to do it successfully and I was wondering if there was a tool or jig I needed.

      I drilled at center of hexagon socket of standard no head bolt by drilling machine after vertical fixing it using vice.

      엑추에이터가 비싸서요~ㅋ 실력이 부족하지만 그냥 만들어 사용하려고요. 작업 영역을 확장해볼까 생각중이에요~~~ㅎ

    What stops the pipe from coming completely out as there is no a stop point designed to stop it! Nice design .

      This actuator don't has stopper for simple design. Need to turn operating voltage off to stop.

    영상 잘보고있습니다~! 26초쯤에 드릴링 하는건 챔퍼 만들어줘서 들어가게 쉽기 하려고 하시는건가요? 그리구 혹시 30초 쯤부터 인서트너트 넣으실때 인서트너트 끝에 나사산이 있는데 노헤드 볼트 넣어놓고 인서트너트 박으신건가요? 그냥 인서트너트로만 하면 부러져서 그렇게 하신건가요? 질문이 길어서 죄송합니다 ㅠㅠ

      네. 맞습니다. 추가설명드리자면 드릴링은 파이프 커팅기로 자르니깐 커팅면 내측으로 늘어나며 홀이 작아져서 인서트너트가 안들어가서 넓히려고 드릴링 한거구요. 노헤드 볼트는 인서트너트를 그냥치면 너트표면이 일그러지고 안들어갈까봐 넣어놓고 박은거예요~~~도움이 되셨으면 좋겠네요.

      @@ccen3103 노헤드볼트는 가까은 공구상가 볼트가게에서 구입하였고 노헤드 볼트 구멍 홀경은 모터 샤프트를 삽입하고 수평으로 고정이 되야 하기때운에 샤프트직경과 같게 (3mm) 제가 별도로 직접 탁상 드릴로 반듯하게 뚫었습니다.
