- I disassembled a micro linear actuator product.
The internal structure is very simple, and a flexible PCB is used without limit switches.

I want the Cable Piston to move back and forth at all times, without changing energy directions. What should I do.
What a great contribution, once energized when the rod reaches the end it returns by itself?, or do you have to re-energize it to return?

Seems like standart dc motor. How to control the position without any feedback like potentiometer?
I think It is controlled ON/Off by 4 operating voltage path(as you can see at around 3:52 sec of video) on flexible pcb at each stop position.
The micro linear actuator is a simple actuator, so when you use a DC power supply connect it , you need to reverse the polarity of the power wires to make the linear actuator push or retract . We are developing position feedback functions, such as potentiometers or Hall effect sensors . You can follow me .

원통형하고 비교는 못해봤지만 이건 초당 5mm 속도이고 사양상 최대 18kgf 정도 하중이에요. 문제는 가격이 좀 비싸요. 알리에서 1개에 3만 2천원정도 하거든요ㅜㅜ

I haven't been able to compare it with a cylindrical one, but it has a speed of 5mm per second and a maximum load of 18kgf in specifications. The problem is that it's a bit expensive. It's about 32,000 won a piece on Ali.
The power of the micro linear actuator is about 2.5W . And the max force is 188N only .
interesting. I take it though that the flexible PCB IS for limit switches, eventhough they are not present?
I think. limit switches are not present. It seems the 4 terminals inserted in the white square plastic are moved and I think that the contact of the pattern on the flexible pcb (some patterns are On/Off) acts as a limit switch instead.

@@toolxtoy the small transistor looks like hall effect switch. (enabled/disabled with a little magnet inside the piston)
Yes , you are right . the flexible FPC is for limit switches .
