In UP, we end bhagwat or katha with malpua and aaloo ki sabji with doodh ka liquid halwa aur ek baar agar aap uss bhandare ka khana kha lete h toh I can assure you - aap tript ho jaenge. Our UP is rich in yummy and unique food that are remained unexplored till now.
I had like to request Sanjeev sir to try:
1) doodh ka halwa
2) mattha ke aaloo
These two are extremely popular out there.
