INGREDIETS :
रबडी का मालपुआ
दूध - १ लीटर
मैदा - करीब १ कप (१२० ग्राम​)
चीनी - १ कप (२०० ग्राम​)​
इलाइची पाउडर - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
केसर - १ चुटकी​
फ़ूड कलर (केसरी) - १/२ चुटकी
देशी घी - तलने अनुसार​
पिस्ता (कटे हुए)
बादाम (कटी हुई)

Rabdi Malpua
Milk - 1 liter
All purpose flour - 1 cup (120 gm)
Sugar - 1 cup (200 gm)
Cardamom powder - ½ tsp
Saffron - 1 pinch
Food Color (Saffron) - ½ pinch
Desi Ghee - to fry
Pistachios (chopped)
Almonds (chopped)

जय श्री राम। आपने मारवाड़ी बोली में जो बड़ी मीठी होती है थोड़ी विस्तार से रबड़ी के मालपुए बनाने की संपूर्ण विधि बताई है हलवाई लोग सस्ता बनाने के चक्कर में मालपुए को चाशनी में डुबोकर ही रहते हैं उससे शक्कर ज्यादा खाने में आती है। आपने तलने के कुछ देर बाद चाशनी में डालना तथा 2 मिनट बाद उन्हें निकाल देना यह बहुत अच्छी बात बताई है।
