I've always done a 5 tire rotation on my Jeep. I bought Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/Ts in 2021. Lots of life left in them. They will probably age out before wearing out.
I got 80K miles on a set of BFG Mud Terrain on my 2010 JKU. Installed in 2014 and replaced in 2024. I kept the air pressure at about 40 psi and I rotated them religiously every 5k miles and included my spare in the rotation. I think having that 5th tire is key.
You aways have good information. Thank you

The 33 12.50 R15 BFG KM2's that are on my 2000 TJ Sport have lasted for 6 years.
That's about 26,000 miles.
