Find me a DECENT cabin/cottage in the woods, 2bd/1 to 1-1/2 ba, no mowing just pines falling, sweet wood fireplace, space, 5+ acres, near lake or on lake, no neighbors, elec/gas. Maybe a big ask, but I am patient. I do like this home. Is that a dirt basement? Can I bury a body or two and cement over...add my initials?😃😃
@@kookietherapy9398 My advice is consider land too because only so many cabins, the right amount of land with no neighbors. The Amish, local cabin makers crank out these camp cottages to select from in all sizes. Aerial location so so close to Houlton Regional Hospital and edge of town so you can hit the rec trails on a four wheeler, snow sled or to hike, bike! Drone aerial a little trickier near a hospital heliport for life flight. Plus rain, can't fly when here comes a shower. Have a great 4th of July! Houlton has a big one ahead houltonfair.org/
@@AndrewMooersmainerealestate Oh yeah, you're right, I forgot, it was so quick, and it was full, so I didn't see floor, so it didn't register like the others. That place would make a great B&B wouldn't it? You could be glam camping in side yard, couldn't you? Even a pool. with side yard people with trailers full of snow mobiles could park right in town, have dinner walk back to room and have breakfast while your vehicles are warming up. Was the drive way loose stone? Yeah, I thought about the logistics of drone flight in that location as I commented. Love your videos, watch them all the time. I want a nice cozy vacation place someday, and I want to be on the water, so I can take a boat out into the ocean. When you have a boat that you can fish from in the Ocean, you will have lots of friends to help you, that's for sure. Maine seems so friendly as I watch your Conservation Officers on TH-cam, as well. I love the idea of being close to Canada and lakes and the ocean, so many opportunities of life style. I love the raidiator heat. That house is spotless. Thanks Andy for being patient with a non patient- me- lol. Every Andrew I have known has been a cool dude, and you're fitting that bill perfectly imo.
