Spencer I love your new dog! It is so nice to see Chili getting a partner in crime! I love this 1800's house with the in ground pool. But I wouldn't call it Restored because this house has been modernized and that would be the right word or renovated. I prefer old houses to still look old on the inside to keep the integrity. But surely other will love it and it will sell quick. Have a great day! Show me more I love your videos! 💖💯
Nice presentation. Beautiful reno. A great home for a family that needs a lot of living space, and you can't beat a heated pool in Maine! Congratulations on the new boy! Chili and now Stump are great additions to your videos. 🥰
Haven't you heard,...Maine is 1 of 11 Liberal States that have voted out natural gas, and woodstoves and fireplaces next...by 2030. @Spencer, let me know if I am wrong. 🇺🇸 Vote Republican in November !🇺🇸
I have a sinking suspicion that the kitchen was designed for a counter-depth refrigerator, because it looks an awful lot like the fridge blocks some cabinetry from fully opening. Probably an odd thing to notice, but alas.
Great place and I like that the owners didn't change a whole lot. Another 1 to 150k+ worth of work as removing asbestos isn't cheap, and it'd be fabulous.
Appreciate you, John! I don’t get to tour many old colonial places like this one so it makes it extra special and fun. Thank you for watching and commenting!
I'm not a fan of vinyl siding. It's not a half deck, it's a small porch. 😉 Generally when fixing up a house they suggest neutral colors, which peach is far from. I can see why they moved the W/D, with the height of the basement ceiling, but the placement is strange. I'd like to use that as a sitting room. Otherwise it's a lot of wasted space. It's a pretty house, but still many changes that I'd make.
Wow! Absolutely gorgeous home & a nice amount of land. That home would be at least twice that amount in NJ. And the taxes are 1/6 of the amount where I am. Someone is going to be very happy with this. Chili’s new brofur is pawsitively adorable!! Thanks so much for the tour Spencer!😊
Thanks for watching and commenting! It’s definitely a special property! The fur babies loved their time hanging out around this one especially in the barn.
Great tour of a great property cowboy! Love the bonus space above the attached garage/barn... What do you do with a pool in Maine during the winter? Do you drain it?
Lizzie Borden house. Ha ha, just kidding. Just saw that movie on HBO and it is of that time period. Great house. Mine also has an oil furnace and a sump pump in the basement. Those 2 things are no fun at all. But it will be perfect for somebody, as long as they plan for it, which I unfortunately did not do.
It's nice when they don't make you wait till the end to find out if it's in your price range.
It is always in the description.
Congratulations on Stump. We're so glad for chili and stump and you and us.
Best...
That’s a ton of house and barn. Beautiful property Cowboy. Ty.
Thanks for sharing Tom
It is definitely a lot of house and barn! Surprising how much space is packed into a half acre! Thank you for watching and commenting!

Thank you, Tammy! It’s a beauty of a spot that’s for sure! I still get surprised on how much space there is!
Beautiful house. Spencer! Find me an AFFORDABLE old-fashioned general store! 🤗

@@spencerwood8625 yeah. Really looking for that classic store front general store type building in a village setting...
Wonderful home! Love the garage, Barn and Barn Loft. So cool that you got Chili a friend. Welcome Stump! 🐕🐕
Thanks so much
Cool house, but the missing original fireplaces need to be replaced! 😊

It's in northern Maine. Far from culture. That's why it is 389k. You lose about 2 months of warm weather that you have in New Jersey.
@@richardkline1832 I’d be quite content with the colder temperatures. More snow=more snowshoeing ☺️
Great tour of a great property cowboy!
Love the bonus space above the attached garage/barn...
What do you do with a pool in Maine during the winter?
Do you drain it?
$389,000
For those of you who want to cut right to the chase
Sad that we have to wait till the end to find that out.
It’s in the drop down message. Tap the “down arrow”.
Thanks for helping.
Thank you for watching and commenting. I will build in the fact sheet earlier on the next one.
Think wifey would be mad if I made pool a fishpond? 😂
Essentially
Spencer, great presentation. Curious, what audio/video equipment are you using?
The pool liner is for what? Great home!
That old house charm has been reno'd out of it. Hate the windows , siding and that kitchen. Half bath is so exposed. Barn windows are a sin.
I feel the same way . Don't see much historic charm left 😔
Just keep your things up off the floor boys 😁🤔👍👽🕴
Why are there no boundary fences on many properties in the USA? This is one thing that I notice. I would want to put up a boundary fence.
They are not real popular in northern Maine.

I hate carpeting. I would prefer to throw a braided carpet or a Turkish or throw carpet. This part sucks.
Few experiences are as enjoyable as listening to a salesperson with a resounding command of the English language...huh?
All hat, no cattle.
A mouse can het into any crack. I don't beleive it's rodent free
jeez 28 minutes, is it Maine or what
What’s the price????
$389,000
Where would I see that in the video or the description of it?
Well that's a double take from it hadn't been touched to completely renovated 😂😂😂😂😅😅😅😅
isn't this right near the Canadian border? Um, I'm just not feeling this house
No this home is in the center of Maine in Skowhegan
Stop repeating yourself about the pool!
