I can’t tell you how much your videos are helping me. I have always been a toe walker due to a vision deficit. I have always been a dancer, but never used my legs or put my heels down. Since wearing prism glasses and AFOs, I have been teaching myself all sorts of new skills. I just think of doing the same things I did before, but with my heels down and with more leg and core strength. More leg and less foot. I worked in healthcare for six years and have been acting as my own PT/OT.
This is so great. Thank you. Do you know any resources for adults to learn this skill or hopping? I am working with an adult with low tone (downs syndrome) and difficulty with motor planning /coordination and transferring weight. She really wants to hop. We're working on prerequisite skills but I'm struggling a bit to go from bending, jumping, and standing on one leg, to a full ine-legged hop
Looks like those folding stepstools are available on Amazon. Some of the brand names that I see are handy laundry, utopia home, Rubbermaid and ACKO. I hope that helps.
Thank for your amazing video. My daughter she had operated with spina disease.now she 18months old.She still can’t walk. Can I know some exercise for improve her? Thanks,
Hi, Amy just wanted to know that my child is taking few steps but he moves laterally beside walking straight or he falls on side , so just wanted to improve this if you can help
Unfortunately, it is considered unethical for me to provide treatment recommendations for a child or not personally evaluated. I’d recommend you find a local pediatric physical therapist to can address the specific issues that you have discussed. But, I am delighted that your child is taking a few steps.

Hmm. I don’t seem to have any videos on hopping on one foot. I will try that with Myla when I see her next
This is great, thank you!
Any demonstrations for hooping?
Are you asking about hopping on 1 foot!
Excellent job, God bless you.
I am so glad you like it! Thanks for taking the time to give me your blessings and let me know.
Hi Amy!
I was wondering where you bought your stools from? I am looking for something like them for the children I work with.
Thanks!

I’m so sorry, Exercises for a person with spina bifida is beyond the scope of this video series and playlist.
I strongly recommend you find a local pediatric physical therapist who can help you design a program specifically for your daughter.
Hi Amy
