    I wished there were cheap apartments like this in the UK :(. Here you could get a room at that price but not an apartment/studio. It's pretty rare to find one of those, and if you come across one of them, it would be easily around 600-1000£.

    I can appreciate you minimal lifestyle but you might need additional organizing products for your kitchen. An additional stacking organizer might help your cabinet space under the range top. Same for under the sink. If you can get one, perhaps an under cabinet shelf would give you extra space above the sink. You'd be able to store your cutting boards under it with the space above a second stacked shelf. You seem to have done that already but I would look at it in this way: How can I maximize the space I have for my things so they don't accumulate on the counter? Also, that is a common hint to use a cutting board over the sink. If your cook top is not in use or still warm, the board would work over that as well. Getting a stacking shelf over it would also get your canisters off of the back burner. When in stores that sell organizing tools, look for those items that will help you with your objective to minimal but also neat as well.

    Nice, I couldn’t imagine a better organized efficiency apartment! Has your landlord seen this video yet? They could use this on their website to advertise their properties! (Maybe you could even barter the rights to use your video for 2 months free rent?) This same flat would cost at least double so much $$ here in Switzerland. Is this flat subsidized by the govt? The only space you could get for $500 here would be one room in a shared accommodation flat… where you would have to live together with several others. How many apartments are in this building? Are they all the same size?

    • @Alizeinjapan
      @Alizeinjapan  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you for your kind words ☺️ Yeah, I heard from a friend that apartments are really expensive in Switzerland but I still wanna live there tho- someday 😁 The building where I live has 2 floors and yeah, I think they’re all the same size.

    • @reFocusZone
      @reFocusZone 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Alizeinjapan Yes, housing has always been expensive here, especially in major towns and cities. But there are ways to spend less and still live nicely. Many single people here share flats, where each person generally gets their own bedroom but the rest of the apartment is shared. Not everyone can adapt to that lifestyle, but you’re guaranteed to never be lonely! 😅 Also, rents get cheaper the further away from a city that you get - but that is too unpractical for most singles who prefer to not own a car. Another frugal option is to live with a family, even for free if you’re open to providing some babysitting and light housework! And if you like the well run clockworks of Japanese society, you’ll love Switzerland because there are a lot of similarities. 🙋🏻‍♂️

    Watching this makes me worry more about my organising skills rather than the space of the apartment😅. I'm going to study abroad in Japan next month and i'm going for the leopalace apartment since they are furnished and okay for 1 person. The rent is also reasonable. But just a question, normally how long does it take to move in? Also before moving in where do you stay? A genuine question. Thank you❤️

Eventually with exhaustion from work & all I gave up, I'm scared to even shake my curtains sometimes, but still have to do it once every weekend or it'd get uncomfortable

      Hello. Thank you for your comment. My apartment does get messy at times, that’s why I set the system where I have a daily, weekly, and monthly routine to keep up a tidy home. The daily routine takes up to 15-30mins at most per day, so it is easy to maintain. The weekly and monthly routines consist of a few different tasks that do not take up too much time either. I deep clean and declutter my apartment once or twice a month ☺️ I hope this helps you 🤍

    Nice appartement you got what you need. Where are you? 500 dollars per month does not seems much but of course it depends of the income you have. Nicely organized and decorated. Where i am from this kind of appartement is much more expensive and we don t get all the cool technology included. Nice place and you explain everything very well.

      Hello dear, yes definitely ☺️ highly recommended ang leo palace kasi it’s fully furnished, you won’t have any stress from buying pa ung mga basic like fridge and microwave.
