This was the first and only movie I've seen Amber in. And she was great in it. Acting, charisma and chemistry are all on point. Sadly, her talent is wasted on a terrible personality. As much as I loved the character, she doesnt deserve to reprise the role.
To be honest she is not so good, all of this is mostly stunt effects and computer animation, she has never been good like other raising actress, if the male actor was different, like someone new, not known as her, this movie would have been a flop. MOMOA is exactly like Jonnhy for Pirates.... Imagine if change him, aquaman is not the same. I loved the movie. Mera has very cool power. It was really cool to blow up the wine bottles. I loved the red hair was wonderful. I'm a big fan of Jason Momoa and Nicole Kidman.

It’s tragic to see an actress this beautiful and talented be such an evil opportunist on the inside. Very rarely do I stumble across someone who’s talent and hard work I really want to celebrate but can’t because of the awful person they are. This just makes me more upset with her. Can we talk about how Mera is an atlantian and she has all of these other powers to her that makes her stand out so much? Her physiology and species has even been known to be as strong as Amazonians (Even though she got beat up by WW and all, but anyways.) Mera is actually a strong and outstanding character with so many feats to her, I would like to see this character get her own movie.
Well apparently now even if a character is stronger than someone, as long as it's not their movie or something they're all of a sudden weak.
Most likely she is durable but ww beats her cause it's probably not a comic or story about Mera right? It's about Diana.

It’s tragic to see an actress this beautiful and talented be such an evil opportunist on the inside. Very rarely do I stumble across someone who’s talent and hard work I really want to celebrate but can’t because of the awful person they are. This just makes me more upset with her. She had so much to offer and she threw it all away because she’s a narcissist that couldn’t help herself.
Having said that, the wine scene is still one of my favorites of all time. That was bad ass as hell!

People should never judge a film character with the actor, this is what Disney does all the time, and its reason why Jonny lost his career and character of Jack. Amber did a great job on this movie and that is a fact, but what I believe is that if Jonny was not given the opportunity to continue filming Pirates, without even waiting for the final verdict, she should not be in any of Aquaman movies, ever again.
