नमस्कार बेन आपको हिंदी मे बोलता देख आश्चर्य हुआ।थोडा सुनने पर भरोसा हुआ, आप ही बोल रहे है।समझाने का तरीका,अंग्रेजी मे बने वीडियो जैसा ही है ।प्रयास बढिया है मगज सही से कैसे बनता है।वह भी चाशनी बगैर,आज देखा।काम की टिप्स बताते चलते अच्छी तरह पूरी प्रोसेस सिखाई। वर्षो पहले शेफ संजीव कपूर सा.से टी वी पर रेसिपी देखते। और जब से मोबाइल पर सुविधा हुई निशा मधुलिका जी से हिंदी में और आपके "भावना किचन" से अंग्रजी मे रेसिपी के विडीयो देखकर ही परिवार मे ठीक से गुलाबजामुन और मोहन थाल बर्फी, से सीखना शुरू किया। फिर खमण ढोकला ,खाण्डवी ,इंडली दोसा, सांबार मटर पुलाव,फ्राइड राइस, पानी पूरी ,हांडवो मूंग का हलुवा जलेबी, गुझिया ,सूजी के लड्डू जैसे अनेक पारंपरिक और रोजाना के नाश्ते ,कठिन शाकाहारी रेसिपी ज बनाना सीखें है।बहुत सी बारीकीयां पता चली। पिछले साल और इस बार फिर से लाकडाऊन और विकट परिस्थिति है।आसान बर्फी ढूंढ रहे थे।यह मिल गई ।लाकडाऊन मे बच्चों बजुर्गो को कुछ पौष्टिक स्वादिष्ट बनाकर देने का प्रयास रहता है। हिंदी में आप अच्छा बोल लेती है।आगे भी जारी रखे ।और इस आपदा में कृपया सावधानी बरते। धन्यवाद ।

Wow. When you said use food processor without see complete video I did thumbs up. You didn’t use કકરો લોટ right? Which brand are you using because here બેસન મને કડવું લાગે છે. પ્યોર ચણાનો લોટ નથી હોતો.
Bhavna my middle daughter is fully vegan. would you know a way to sub out the ghee fir other fat . like coconut oil or vegan butter. is there a way to make vegan ghee? Also is there a way to make subbing out besan for other flour. My eldest daughter has besan noh allergy. Thanks Bhavna
This is your first video in Hindi I think, if i am not wrong. I found it little funny but i loved it. It sounds like Hingrati. The advantage of speaking in hindi is, it can definitely get you more views. Good you tried. I like Magaj, in hindi it is called Besan ki Barfi.
Traditional magaj is not made with powdered sugar. It's made with boora or tagar sugar. That lends it a very unique and special taste and texture. It's important to adhere to traditional ingredients and processes. For simplification, if we take short cuts,it's fine But we must make mention and emphasize that the original process is different. Like how you mentioned Dhabo Devano, and used food processor for convenience 👍 Similarly use of boora or tagar sugar is the originality and authenticity , which is missed. Good effort, nevertheless 👍

Yes, very little different but I like jaggery magas as well. You can watch my Methi pak video to figure out when to add jaggery and how long to cook

This is the way we make where I grew up. As I shown in video, milk is used just to make granules of besan, if that makes sense
