Thirty years ago aged thirteen, I heard the mighty Metallica for the first time, at a friend's house where he was playing his cassette copy of the Justice album, and it absolutely blew me away, and I've loved the band ever since. Between them and Maiden, they have meant so much to me, and were the base for so many more great bands to discover along the amazing way, but even to this day Metallica and Maiden are still my faves. I too hope that Jaymz gets through this latest stint in rehab, and comes back even stronger. Best of luck Papa Het 🤘 I saw them live back in June in Manchester UK, at the Etihad stadium, and they played in the pouring rain and it was amazing to see rain bouncing off Lars' kit as he played, sometimes with a huge smile on his face and clearly loving it... Pure brilliance, and a night I'll never forget 😊😎

Yes, I can attest that money isn't everything when you don't have your family along for the ride, and temptations are everywhere. especially in China, and Europe.
I'm not drinking till James comes back, if he can do it so can I. Been drinking entirely too much last 2.5 years or so and I gotta find time with myself again instead of working & crushing cans of booze in my free time.
Hope we get new dates with Slipknot when James’ health is at 100% and when he is fully ready to return just hope James comes back healthier and stronger than ever before
Savage Squad Gamer I don’t really care that his voice will be rusty I’d rather see Metallica with Slipknot live for my first concert when James is fully healthy not when he is pushing himself to his own limits because some of these European tour you can see that he is outdone and tired and even in the photos after the shows with the band holding the cheque of how much they raised you could see James is empty and withdrawn which is not him at all as long as James comes back and is healthier and stronger than ever before I’m ok with that and I’m just happy he checked himself into rehab before the addiction spiralled out of his control
Really hope James gets well he and Metallica have been there for me since I was 7 Im now 40 and i still feel the same about those guys and they're music today as I did at the start if not more, but health comes first body and mind so take your time papa het and find your way back to where you want to be and if its the end of the line I'd like to thank you, Lars, Kirk, Rob, Jason, Cliff and even Dave for every riff, beat and performance you given us over the years. I discovered Metallica one week before they were here in Zurich. It took me some time to really like them, that’s why I wasn’t at the concert. I wish I knew them earlier, such a big regret I wasn’t there, now they‘re my favorite band
