    Great teaching, the right speed to understand, and repetition about 3 times like you do is perfect. Very friendly and encouraging approach. I used to do bachata just at basic level but confidently, then came out of Covid thinking I knew only 3 moves and did not want to go to any more bachata socials. Your 2 videos completely restored my confidence, now I remember what I had half-learned in the past and suddenly I already do really know 19 of your moves (plus a few more). Excellent video! The delayed turn is new to me but so easy to pick up. Thank you so much for restoring confidence after 18 months of hibernation!

    No. Please. Marius, Elena does not need to have back surgery. I don't need to know her diagnosis. It's irrelevant. Please find a skilled chiropractor. This will take several interviews with a short list you come up with after researching doctors. Do you know how many ppl deeply mourn and regret their back surgery after they eventually go to a GOOD chiropractor bcz the surgery caused other problems and the pain returned, worse? Too many to count. I urge her to research the benefits of holistic chiropractic. Do not go to a chiro whose patient base is made up of car accident victims. Find a chiro who treats all disease and whose stated goal is optimum health and well being. Back surgery leads to more back surgery. I highly recommend Dr John Bergman videos for education about chiropractic.

    • @RJ-lu3fn
      @RJ-lu3fn 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      At surgery they shave off the cartilage (the disk) which does not regrow regenerate which leads to another and another surgery after year or two if patient is not educated about keeping posture i.e. proper sitting position (for example placing a bottle @L3 against the seat back). I know about 6 people that had repeated surgeries and how is that for ironic that my polish dance instructor in Chicago wouldn't listen to me in 2013 ( was so fixated by the doctors, because who am I?) and little you know was back on operating table 2y later.
      Now he's out of teaching dance, out of bricklaying etc. sad sad.
      I sprained my back in 2001 and I went to go see some polish chiropractor and fixed me so good; now I snatch heavy weights like never ever before never had any problems since.

      Chiropractor exists only in north America. I'm a pain patient myself. 2. It's not protected means unskilled or 2 months Therapeuts can call themselves good at these. 3. There are no chiropractor schools to teach in Europe only in London and Stockholm. I have to emigrate for this reason, I've been badly sick for 14 years now

    Your single turns are incorrect. You just changed the dance into something that is not bachata.
    Turn the lady on 1,2,3.
