🥩 蘿蔔清湯牛肋條 (2-3人份)
牛肋條 450g
白蘿蔔 500克
熱水 600毫升
高湯(牛肉/雞肉/蔬菜) 300毫升
薑 8片
料理酒 20毫升
冰糖 10克
鹽
白胡椒粉
香料:
香葉 3片
八角 2粒
花椒 1茶匙
🥩 Beef Ribs Soup (For 2-3 servings)
Boneless beef ribs 450g
Daikon 500g
Hot Water 600ml
Broth (Beef/Chicken/Vegetable) 300ml
Ginger 8 slices
Cooking wine 20ml
Crystal sugar 10g
Salt
White pepper
Spices:
Bay leaves 2-3 pcs
Star anise 2 pcs
Sichuan peppercorns 1 tsp
