- Great Pyrenees dogs are some of the fluffiest pups out there. So, seeing this dog hairless and so thin is upsetting. Kodiak was found wandering a suburban neighborhood, going door to door looking for a home. Thanks to Caitie's Foster Fam Rescue for helping Kodiak find a loving home.

O my gosh 😢 that poor baby.. how can someone do that to a loving dog. I have 2 Great Pyrenees at my house. They are the most loving dogs around.

This reminds me of my aunt and uncle. They rescue and rehome dogs. A new family moved into the neighborhood and was alarmed because my aunt and uncle had an exceptionally neglected rescue. They new neighbors talked to some longtime neighbors and told them they were going to call the police. Of course the longtime neighbors had seen a revolving door of dogs that had come in throughout the years and watched them brought back from horrible neglect and then getting rehomed. So they told the new family that my aunt and uncle WERE the people that got called to help and for them to watch the (currently sickly) dog as it transformed over the next several weeks. I'll never forget that. The new neighbors were definitely in the right to be concerned though. They just didn't realize the dog had already been rescued lol.

Yes. I am glad he was saved taken off the streets. Now showing his true personality is Priceless. Now he gives love and received love in his furever home.
