    I’ve seen the crap other people have reviewed from Temo and I honestly wouldn’t waste my money on any of their products. There’s a reason why Temo are cheap and it’s not difficult to work out why.

    We've had a plastic version for years and microwave the potato's for a couple of minutes first, makes it a lot easier.

      Hi Neil that's a good idea 🙂👍the only trouble is when I do these reviews I like to use there instructions on the box packet or video as I'm giving it a fair review by following there information

      Temu exists just to make money by selling crap, don't waste yours 👍

  • @macrook1961
    @macrook1961 8 หลายเดือนก่อน +5

    You would need to trim four sides of the potato to make it smaller and less resistance on the blade area and waste 20% of the spud , stick to a bag of frozen chips.

    • @natssupermarketproductreviews
      @natssupermarketproductreviews  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I only brought it to review it an my potato wasn't that big there was loads of room left inside it was roughly the same size as my first one which worked

    There is a tab on the front of the small square baskek. Raise the tab all the way up. the tab unlocks the basket. This will release the handle and allow the potato to easily go through the basket.

    That went well then, Nats🙄🤷‍♂️!. We've had one for donkeys years. Made out of cast aluminium and steel, different size cutters and works a treat. So they are a great idea, but that one looked so flimsy from the get go. Great review mate, gave me a giggle but most importantly it will've saved some folks from wasting their money👍.

    You did know it is not morning the clock says 12.15 so its afternoon, heheheheeh.
    I would say that the meat looks a little thin and the joints do not look like it can last over time.
    it will depend on is the potato hardness. vs the pressure a person can apply to the machine, but also the sharpness of the blades
    it does move around a lot on the counter. I would use it till it breaks, then just claim money back on it.

    The only items I buy from Temu is clothing. I have an hereditary condition that means I have a muscle weakness, my stand mixer is difficult to get the bowl off so I just put some water in it with a bit of washing up liquid and clean the bowl then get the water out by letting the sponge soak up the water and do it as many times as needed to get all the water out, It was a very cheap stand mixer costing just over £30.

    Pure piece of junk. The metal is so thin. My mum had a similar one bought in the 1960s. A few weeks ago whilst clearing out the house I came across it again in its original box. It said on the box " Made in England". On checking the gadget out it was heavy and solidly built. On trying it out for fun, to my amazement it still worked pike new and was a breeze to use. So much for made in China then.😅

    Maybe use some common sense and put a SMALLER potato in it so it has some room to manoeuvre.
    I imagine it can also be used to slice/chip carrots/ onions etc?.

    It takes 2 minutes to chop a potato into chips. It's lazy, and a waste of money all round

    There is a tab on the front of the small square baskek. Raise the tab all the way up. the tab unlocks the basket. This will release the handle and allow the potato to easily go through the basket.
