I stopped buying from resellers for the most part because the prices are just not good enough for me. I'm at the point where if I can't get it for retail, I'm just not gonna have it. I don't want to spend extra money and then pay a bunch of fees on top of it in the case of stockx
I have so far bought 12 pairs of shoes from StockX (Various models) and have checked each for fakes. I have not received a fake. I am assuming that it was down to employee error. I always check before removing the tags even before the lawsuit, would advise checking authenticity no matter where you order from
bought some wood wood ultraboosts last year on stockx. was pretty stoked on the price i got (close-ish to retail) given ultraboost hype has long died. i only realized last week one of the two shoes in my pair has a sample tag and the other doesnt. unless im mistaken if this was a sample pair they should both have a sample tag…? either way, how this wasnt caught in their authentication process is beyond me. also…. i didnt know stockx accepted samples. i genuinely believe they didnt even look at them, maybe just opened the box. glad this didnt happen with a more expensive purchase, but man their integrity is gone. this is worsened by the fact that their customer service basically doesnt exist. i didnt raise a stink about it because i didnt notice it either, but with that being said i dont pay premium fees buying off their platform to feel like i need to check every detail. that should be their job, and clearly they didnt do it
I agree with your StockX thought. I’ll continue to buy from them. I’m actually more likely to buy Adidas 700s and 350s without Yeezy name attached. That man is out of control.
@@biggspeed46 AF1 White Fresh, there's no stitching under the tongue, dead give away, another AF1 color of the month, and a retro 3. I took pics of all the shoes showing how they were fake, shipped them back and did a charge back with my bank.

JD is spitting nothing but facts. This is a big generalisation but a huge part of the sneaker community are like sheep. The whole stock x authentic thing makes no difference. It is just a legal thing which is why they changed it. You have just as much chance of getting a fake today as you did last month. People should put things in perspective before reacting.

GOAT won't get a lawsuit or anytime soon I expect, so from being a soccer fan and this might be a stretch but Nike and Jordan Brand have shares or own the club Paris Saint-Germain F.C., and as an owner Nike have gave GOAT an ad space for their Soccer Jersey's and it was made official and if you look at their kits, the GOAT brand can be located on the sleeve of the players and I believe in some training shirts. Nike knows about GOAT and has a name attached to them, this could mean that Nike plans to only take down Stockx as an authentic place for others.
Interesting theory, but I think the Nike vs Stockx beef started out because Stockx tried to sell Nike shoes as NFTs and Nike felt that was stealing intellectual property

StockX 🫣 not for me. Adidas are tripping if they will continue releasing Yeezys without ye and charge the same price. Plus it just makes proof that Ye was right along about his royalty payments. I am of the opinion that most people would still cop it without yeezy branding but not at the same retail price. For me at half the retail £100 it’s a cop for me but only on a need purchase if I ran old pairs to the ground . I don’t see them flying off the shelves. Adidas turned around swiftly to cancel and plan to rebrand . Why the rush to get them back in the market is strictly business. Capital tied in unsold stock. I think I am good on Yeezys for now. Got enough pairs stocked for a while. The Vomeros look cool but there is so much heat I got my eye on at the moment and upcoming. Personally don't like what adidas is doing with Yeezy. The popularity of Yeezy sneakers was largely down to Ye and now he's gone, adidas still want to captialise on that success. adidas might legally own the patents but it Ye that had the vision and inspiration. When you think Foam Runner or 700 waverunner, they are synonymous with Ye. He managed to make someone that was originally unpopular popular. Removing the name Yeezy from the sneakers doesn't remove the Yeezy DNA from the design. If adidas sells these unbranded Yeezy at original price than it's even more an inslut to customers. They were more expensive due to the caché of the Yeezy brand. Now they just stand adidas and paying over 200 bucks for some GR knited shoes is crazy.
I have stayed away from stockx within the past 4 years and people can do what they want at their own risk. They have sold countless fakes and have added fees. I have used GOAT and have been personally satisfied. Stockx is barely rejecting shoes when GOAT has done that with me numerous times when I purchase shoes. I would buy post Yeezy adidas. It not all of them. I honestly love certain designs and color ways so no crazy Kanye means nothing to me.
I would buy non-yeezys for a lower retail price. Makes more sense for a less meaningful shoeline. I really enjoy your videos btw 😄

i sell a bit and most shoes that stockx rejects, I sell on goat and they pass. it's usually small issues but I find stockx to be extremely thorough
