I now own an Exlecer, 2x Regal and 2x Revros. I was sold on my first Revros. Amazing at their price points. The XT typically come in a 6:3.1 which I like. I'll be trying the Fuego next. I have the Exceler 1000 paired with a 13 Fishing Defy ML Fast 7'1 rod and it is so light and sensitive. If you haven't you should try the Regal if it's intended for crappie and true light action. You'll be impressed. I honestly think the Regal is the better value for money. Especially when you catch it on sale at Gander
I work for a Bass Pro so I’ve actually worked with that reel a lot! It seems really nice, I personally picked the exceler over it because I think it looked better. Would possibly pick one up in The future for sure!
I think for the $100 mark the fuego lt is a really good buy. I got mine for 100. I think they’ve upped it to 109 now but still good. It’s mag sealed and just a normal wash and it’s fine. Really good
How’s it going boss quick question do you think that set up will do good out at Amador lake with those monster trout ?I got a P Pflueger model P 40 with a 6‘6“ ugly stick rod medium action but I feel like it’s too heavy I’m looking for something lighter for casting lures out there
Yah I think that would work fine, even though they r big fish they still don’t run like normal trout of that size so u don’t need a huge reel. I would go with a 1000-2500 size reel paired with a 7’ light or ultra light. My personal preference. Hope this helps!
@@brianpeter7139 1 extra bearing for spool support, 1 rubber seal on the main shaft right on the rotor, 1 rubber seal on the handle to main gear connection, handle knob is screwed on instead of riveted on the Exceler LT. These are the 4 additional differences other than the magseal. In Daiwa's marketing, these small differences are enough to bump the price up and down.
Ultralight is by far my favorite way to go after fish. Thanks for the overview.
Glad you enjoyed it🤟🏽
I have the revros and it is amazing I got it on sale for $30 best reel you could get for under 50
Fully agree
I’ll have to check it out!

@@humbugvideos thank you
Absolutely.
Fuego is $10 more and is the exact same reel +magseal. That's where your extra sealing is if you want it.
It’s only the main shaft. All other entry points are not magsealed. Not worth it in my opinion. Just sold my Fuego to go to an exceler.
As a person that sells these reels everyday, I can tell you that they are in fact not the exact same reel +/- Magseal.
@@ryanwilson5936 Sorry bud, it is. Pull up the parts diagram and verify it for yourself.

Just pick one up for $65 at a local shop. Can't wait to do some Ultralight fishing
You’ll love it!
@@humbugvideos got few cast in. Just as smooth has my 2 fuego
