i went on a msc cruise where people between 18-22 ( like me) were also on the teens club! it was amazing
Ah man I remember being part of the teen club on the Explorer. Teen club was called o2. The final time I was in the teen club of a cruise. Felt weird to cruise after that not being able to join the teen club and have to start adulting to make new friends.
That's weird, since Carnival calls their teen club O2 as well, hah... maybe they realized they didn't both want to have the same name. Funny! Yaaay, adulting!! :P
Oh wait I did get them confused. Explorer of the Seas it was called Optix. I also spent time at the o2 on Carnival as well.

Hi! do you know if 18 year olds can enter to the teens zone?
On most cruise lines, anyone over 17 years old would not be able to participate in the youth programs onboard, unfortunately!!

Are bookings required?
We've never used the program ourselves, but you typically sign up for the program on embarkation day. The schedule will usually list some sort of orientation session, or you can just wander to the Adventure Ocean area to sign up!! :D
is this free?
In general, the youth programs are free of charge, yes! Sometimes they might have special evening "after hours" times where you could pay extra to have the staff care for youth, but that would be completely optional.
